We are a small animal hospital located in Bradley, Illinois; approximately sixty miles south of Chicago. We perform various medical services on cats, dogs, and numerous pocket pets and exotics, for example: rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, sugar gliders, chinchillas, and reptiles.
We offer orthopedic surgeries, laboratory services - on site and outside laboratory for more extensive needs; ultrasound, digital radiography, routine and emergency surgeries, routine vaccines, and sick visits and wellness exams. We are in an older building but we have state-of-the-art-equipment to complement our extremely knowledgeable doctors and staff.

I've had the pleasure of using Bradley animal Hospital for almost 2 years now. I came with a 5wk old French bulldog who had an injury caused by mom to the eye causing a horrible ulcer. They did everything to save the eye, but ultimately it was too painful and it was removed there. When I say they loved my baby and me, guided me on bottle feeding, checked in on us, the staff there is top tier. Mugz vet and his vet tech Alyssa have gone above and beyond for my family! When we tragically and suddenly lost our 18yr old child, Alyssa stepped in to take mugz while we had to fly out and bring her home

My dog is my service dog no other vet would take her today and she was very sick! Dr Debbie and staff were so compassionate and caring. I cried for four hours straight we have imprinted on each other and my heart was broken. Until Dr Debbie called me and said they got her to turn around and she’s coming home the same day at three. I highly recommend them and there prices are soooooo reasonable.

The team at Bradley Animal Hospital is fantastic. While I was previously not a customer... I guess patient, I had an emergency situation with my very old dog. I called 4 other vets in hopes of getting him seen right away, but had no luck. Fortunately, BAH was able to see him, was compassionate in giving me my options for his care and fantastic at making sure he was comfortable.

Curbside only you never see the vet have to talk to them over the phone!! A vet tech come to car gets you pet says nothing just takes them inside without you allowed to step foot in the door....feeling is horrible. Not the vet experience you used to have here. I know the front desk women SOME of them can be grouchy and impatient but I always had a nice experience when I seen the young Dr.Wagner.
Called to talk to vet for questions on meds they sent home, waited all day no call back now they are closed!! So I will try again tomorrow hopefully I will get to speak to the vet!!!

I take my pittie Ziva here. She is so timid and scared of going in but the staff tells me she does great and is so sweet when she finally get in the room. They are so great with her. Had her Spayed here and they took great care of her over night. They also do fantastic when it comes to dealing with her grass allergy. The doctors and techs are always so nice. It just takes a while to get called to a room since it’s a small place.

My cat, Puddle Cat, was having a respiratory issue. Took her to one vet, they couldn't get an X-ray and pretty much had me freaking out, told me if I didn't take her to Champaign to the ER she would die. I called Bradley Animal Hospital instead. They were able to get an X-ray, said it wasn't pneumonia, gave her some antibiotics and a steroid shot. She was back to normal by the following afternoon. The impressive part, the vet called me the day after the visit to see how she was doing. She is my hero! Wouldn't recognize her if I saw her on the street but I love her for

I messaged Bradley Animal Hospital on Facebook early on a Saturday morning not expecting a response; but desperate.
I was looking to have my poor Veiled Chameleon euthanized as he was quickly deteriorating. His regular bet is all the way in Lisle and I couldn't make it there. I was quickly answered back to call as soon as they opened.
They were able to get me in an hour and 15 minutes in after they opened. They were SLAMMED.
Time stopped when the compassionate vet was in the room with me. She was so kind when my heart was breaking. My poor little chameleon :(

If you want a successful business you start with the people who patients see and talk to first such as your front desk staff. Without ever setting foot in your office I won't bring my animal to you based off of who ever I spoke to on the phone. Rude and impatient with a tone to her voice like she was annoyed that I was calling from the moment she answered the phone.

We have been going to Bradley Animal Hospital for over 40 years. We have always received quality care for all of our dogs. When necessary, they do not hesitate to refer us to a specialist. All the veterinarian and support staff are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We highly recommend this hospital without reservation.

This place is terrible, all about the $$. On my way to work- I live in Shorewood, saw a young kitten get hit and killed by a car, couldn't bear to leave it to get hit over and over again, it was maybe 12 weeks old. I would have taken it home and buried it, but it was early and I had yet to start my day, it was going to be in the 90's so this was not a solution. Went to this clinic and explained my situation, keep in mind I was in my work uniform, I was told in order to leave it I would have to pay for cremation, I asked the cost, was told $80, asked to speak to a manager, I was ok with

A very busy place, because they are good at what they do. The place does not smell bad. The front desk is helpful and courteous. The doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable. The prices aren't bad either, they don't guilt you into getting goods and services you cannot afford. We are very happy with this business.
