The parking situation is the worst. This is the first apartments that I've ever resided in that has no guest parking. Also there is soo much mold that's it's unbearable. I have to clean mold of my walls and windowsills every other week. The mold is so bad that it even gets on my shoes that are in the closest. Not to mention that there is a weird resident lady that goes around harassing the kids, taking pictures and videos of them and accusing them of trespassing on the property. Most of these reviews are from previous management. and yes, parking is a problem, but it's something they're working on improving. some of the pet owners fail to clean up after their animals, which is another thing management is working on fixing. in my experience: communication is great, the office has never lost my packages, the pool is kept clean, the residents are all either friendly or keep to themselves, and maintenance is always quick to fix things.

It was NOT discussed with prospective tenants, NOR during the rental/move in process. I was with my adult kids during the application and move in process, they have more than 1 car and we were told, "No problem, you can rent a second space " NOTHING SAID ABOUT A WAIT LIST!
CAUTION*********Terrible parking, management isn't truthful about it, either. Communication is horrible. Not worth it!! Don't move here!

We just moved in a short time ago and I do not understand most of the negative reviews. Guest parking from what I understand can be painful but resident parking is 100% assigned. The management people seem extremely nice and helpful. I believe that we will be happy living here. I will update this review in a few months

This is honestly the worst place I have ever lived and I lived in the desert for an entire year. The management is terrible and incompetent. Took maitenence almost a month to fix the microwave, we STILL haven't gotten our second parking spot and most likely won't. And now, they are no longer allowing grills on the patios. The trash is almost always over flowing and is only one for the entire complex. There is never any parking and people are either forced to park illegally or damn near 2 blocks away. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!! No parking at all, the management is terrible, they scam you, "lose" your payments and STEAL your packages. This place is really ghetto and over priced, the police are always here. As soon as I moved in the apartment started falling apart, the toilets didn't work, the wood cabinets were rotting, the appliances broke, a door even FELL on me. They tell you that everything is brand new and that's why they are charging you so much. After I moved in I looked at the appliances and found out they are NOT brand new but close to 10 years old. That was the longest and worst year of my life. The management are incompetent. When ask for a phone number to someone higher up they didn't know who they worked for. How about Graystar morons. The maintenance personnel on the property is worthless. If they do show up, be grateful and don't complain that he ( you know witch one you are) smells like he is drunk or just coming from a bar. It took about two months for maintenance to come to an order request, and when they did they did not notify us of when they would be coming. At my last apartment they got to it immediately and they would always give us a 48 hour notice ahead of time. As of moving in in august we have yet to get a screen door that we requested. The grounds are not well kept, there is trash overflowing at the mailboxes everyday. Even the ONE dumpster that is provided for the entire complex is overflowing most of the time. The management is the worst. Even after the change. The neighbors block our paid parking spots and it's our fault. They pass notes on every door about the furniture on the patios then don't follow thru. It's not funny anymore. The rent is too much for the services expected. Pay for parking you can't use.

The apartments are very inviting and very spacious for the price but the saying "you get what you pay for" has never been more true!! The management never answers the phone, if you finally track them down they don't help or say they will call you back and never do. There is NO parking. Literally. None. People will chance parking in the fire lane and getting their cars towed because there is not even street parking! And if they offer you a $60 a month garage, please don't. Other cars

The WORST management staff I have ever seen! I have lived in many different apartments due to my job moving around a lot, and this was by far the most dishonest, manipulative, sneaky, slimy, gopher-guttered staff I have ever came across. Well, at least dishonest and lacked the ability to follow through. They never had answers, and never got back to us as promised.
