I needed a drone photo of roof to confirm whether certain damage existed. I emailed Big Brother Inspections and they were extremely responsive. They emailed me an inspection report complete with drone photos within 24 hours. This is the only home inspection company I will use and suggest to others.

Jordan recently completed an inspection on our one year old new build home in Queen Creek. We wanted a very thorough inspection of the entire house to submit to the builder for our one year warranty work and necessary repairs. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Jordan was on time, very efficient, explained everything in detail, and several hours later emailed a detailed report of the home inspection results along with photographs of everything! Big Brother Inspections was a huge asset for us while building our new home, we highly recommend them! We used them for all 3 stages of inspections during the construction period, as well as our I year inspection afterwards. Their professionalism and attention to detail were incredible, no minor detail went unnoticed. The neatly organized reports that were provided with each inspection, completed with pictures and explanations of each occurrence, gave us an understanding of what issues were present and how severe each issue was.
