Erik showed up on time and got to work right away. He took MANY photos and a video of the roof that you can look back in the future. He answered any questions I had that pertained to the home and that he was able to answer. The report was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better platform that he uses to show you what any issues are for you to address right away and also let you know what may need to be fixed in the near future. I highly recommend EDC Professional Home Inspections. And he is very easy to get ahold of.

Had a full inspection done on the house I was renting but planning to buy from the landlord. Erik was very professional and thorough and even explained some things he found in person while also including the information in the file reports. It was well-worth the price and I would highly recommend EDC inspections.

Erik was amazing. He is so knowledgeable about everything in the house. He arrived early, got my report out to me so very promptly. Erik was so very flexible with my new home construction, I had to re-schedule him twice and he was still able to accommodate me. I just can't say enough about his amazing service. Erik was fantastic. I had an issue with another Inspector the day before my scheduled inspection. I did some quick looking around and found Erik. He was very responsive and was able to work in my appt. window. He showed up on time and took approx. 3 hours completing his tasks. I can't believe how thorough he was and even took quite a bit of time explaining things to me. I manage a flooring store and often I am in a house the same time an inspection is taking place and I have never seen someone answer questions like Erik. I have had many home inspections in my life. This has by far been the best experience. Erik is on time, responsive, knowledgeable, and does not rip you off. He has explained repairs in detail and recommended repairs that are simpler then I thought.I honestly think he should charge more for such excellent service. Wish I could give more stars!

Erik is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The inspection was carried out quickly and thoroughly. Due to COVID-19 the home buying process was very different but Erik & EDC had great procedures to keep both him and my family safe. Eric did an incredibly detailed report about a home we were buying. He took his time on the property checking every detail. His report included detailed pictures and videos which was most helpful in determining if we wanted to continue with the purchase. The report even allowed us to make a list of possible fixes that needed to be performed on the new home. This saved us so much time when hiring professionals to fix issues. EDC was able to do a 4 point inspection and a wind mitigation inspection for Homeowners insurance discounts. I highly recommend this company. I will tell other friends about

Erik was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had during the entire home inspection. He was also very friendly and thorough in each phase of the home inspection. He explained what he was looking for and how it could affect the home if there were issues. Erick was also very tidy and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend Erik.
