Using Inspect It Like A Woman saved us a world of pain and money. This older home we had inspected had a very small crawl space but the inspectors went under the house and found wood rot in the structural beams that would have been very costly for us to repair had we moved forward with this house purchase. They also discovered issues with the plumbing, the electric wiring and discovered some termite activity. They were so thorough and gave a lot of attention to some very important details especially since it was an older home. We are so glad we used this company!

Parker Realty Group and its agents highly recommend Inspect it Like a Woman, owner/inspector Rayer Headley is very professional, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer services. Her reports are readily available and thorough. We would highly recommend her to all buyers and sellers that need a general inspection as well as a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection. Also, sellers should always have a quick inspection before listing their home so there's unexpected, unfavorable findings. Prices are very reasonable and competitive.
