Best people in the business! You need a good eye and experience to work in this field and they have both. They have never failed to provide value and educate buyers regarding the purchase of the home. Always accessible. They recently upgraded systems to make real estate agents work the inspection report with ease such as highlighting the request and requesting re-inspection once completed, etc! Love u guys!

Excellent service! I needed a last minute inspection on some roofing work that I had gotten done. Jim responded in minutes and fit me into his schedule, within the hour.

James is wonderful to work with. My parents used his inspection services when they remodeled their home and we both worked with him again recently when we needed a 4 point inspection to update our home owners insurance.
Was very flexible and easy to coordinate a time for the inspection. He even came back a few hours later after we added a safety feature to the electrical panel.

This review is on behalf of my father in law Timothy Walters. Tim really liked Jim's presentation of inspection materials and how through he was in details. Tim tried a different inspector for a different property due to time constraints and how hot the market is right now and was very disappointed with the results and presentation. My experience with Mr.Brady was nothing short of exceptional! This was our first home purchase and he came highly recommended. Once we arrived on scene he warmly greeted us and explained the process and what he was doing. He did an amazing job and was super thorough, going through everything with a fine tooth comb, after all, when making such a large purchase, I would like to know if there are any issues and if they are small DIY or if we needed to reconsider the purchase.
