Maverick Inspection Services, LLC are Florida Licensed Home Inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and Licensed pest and termite inspectors and operators with theFlorida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Maverick Inspection Services, LLC is an active member of theInternational Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
Each inspection company is responsible for their own code of ethics, standards of practice and continuous education. That leaves you to do your homework as to whether your private home or building inspector is honest, fair and qualified. Maverick Inspections is a working member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, better known as NACHI or InterNACHI.
Maverick Inspection Services has over a decade of experience in the field of construction and inspection. We are experienced in and have a thorough understanding of general construction procedures and methods, wood destroying organism identification and treatment methods, hurricane wind mitigation inspection and retrofit methods.
A residential home inspection is a comprehensive, visual inspection of the entire building envelope and its systems, components, and materials used in construction. We complete a thorough evaluation of the entire building including the structure, the foundation and crawlspace, the roof and attic crawlspace, exteriors, interiors, garage, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems and any appliances.
Termite inspections in the state of Florida are actually called Wood-Destroying Organism Inspections or a WDO. A "wood-destroying organism" means arthropod or plant life which damage and/ or re-infests seasoned wood in a structure. Maverick Inspections WDO inspection report is made on the basis of what is visible and accessible at the time of the inspection.

Great experience with Mike. He is a professional and very detailed. You can not go wrong with how he handled the inspection as well as the report. I loved the ability to make a list of things that need to be repaired or replaced and send it to the real estate agent selling the property. Great feature!

Mike takes multiple pictures and of every section of the home and explained everything that he was finding to my husband. The Report is extremely detailed and received it next day. We had Mike with Maverick Inspections inspect our 1970’s home on Indian River in Cocoa, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided! Communication was clear and educational and his attention to detail was very much appreciated with this older home. The report was clear to understand and detailed with photos and recommendations.
