Tyler was great! He arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and started on time. Since this was a 2/2 condo, he completed the inspection pretty fast. My client was concerned that the AC unit was very loud when cooling but Tyler explained the building has a shared AC unit that's not located in the apartment. I conferenced Tyler with the buyer and he explained all deficiencies and safety findings very clearly. The buyer was very satisfied with Tyler communicating his findings.

We scheduled a Four point and wind mitigation inspection on yesterday because our home owners insurance company of over 26 years is like many others leaving the state of Florida. I schedule the appointment for tomorrow after our virtual global church service for 2pm. I paid online when I scheduled yesterday for the services. During the process it asked for my home address of course which I put in and it scheduled the appointment and took our payment. Quintavious did a fantastic job in the inspection we requested on a single family home we were under contract to purchase in Florida. We currently live in Illinois and were not on-site for the inspection but he was kind enough to FaceTime me after completing the very thorough inspection to give me a synopsis.
The complete report was in my inbox within 24 hours and was very complete and gave me a great idea of the condition of the property and we actually decided to not proceed with the purchase given the issues that were found in the inspection that we were not aware of.

ProInspect Solutions did a phenomenal job on our home inspection. Mr. Quintavious and Rheya were professional, knowledgeable, kind, honest and very thorough. They were able to find some serious problems in a home that we were purchasing and we were very grateful for their wisdom in home safety. After the inspection I had a sense of relief knowing that someone went through the house as if it were their own and wanting to know everything that was going on.
