Services
The Colorado Taekwondo Institute (CTI) has been teaching Moo Sul Kwan Martial Arts in Colorado for over 36 years. Certified by the American Martial Arts Sports and Education Association (AMASEA), our students are provided with the best martial arts instruction. At the Colorado Taekwondo Institute, students discover the rewards of goal setting behaviors as they advance from belt to belt.
Many of our martial arts instructors have been involved in Taekwondo for most of their lives. They enjoy sharing both the techniques they have learned over the years, and the character traits and morals that come with the self discipline of Taekwondo. Each of our taekwondo instructors started the Colorado Taekwondo Institute as a white belt and was developed from the ground up with years of practice.
The Colorado Taekwondo Institute has been providing the best in educational, dynamic martial arts lessons for all ages, since 1983. Founded in 2007, the Conifer Taekwondo Campus is a wonderful CTI facility in the heart of Conifer, CO. The Conifer CTI has hosted many CTI Masters Seminars, and has provided the community with numerous educational demonstrations at various local organizations and at public and private schools.
The Colorado Taekwondo Institute has been providing the best in educational, dynamic martial arts lessons for all ages, since 1983. Founded in 1984, by Grandmaster Sautel, the Craig Campus has been supplying Craig and the surrounding areas of Northwestern Colorado with the finest in martial arts training for all ages!
The Colorado Taekwondo Institute has been providing the best in educational, dynamic martial arts lessons for all ages, since 1983. Founded in 1991, the Lakewood Taekwondo Campus serves as the Headquarters of the CTI. Our dynamic location in the Green Mountain area of Lakewood, has over 6,000 square feet of training space.

CTI is an excellent Taekwondo institute. Our girls have and continue to thrive and flourish under the care of the instructors. They are constantly learning new skills and progressing towards their next belt color. I love the respect and confidence that is instilled in the kids, along with much kindness.

Both of our kids attend CTI and we love it there. The standards and expectations are high and it’s great for the kids to have some non-parent adults who know them well and are always encouraging them to be their best and grow into strong, kind, grateful adults. I don’t have any personal martial arts experience, but I’m pretty impressed with what they are able to do and learn. They enjoy the tournaments and testing and are motivated to keep improving and progressing. The lessons they learn in class and with homework ties in closely with our family’s values, and the staff is always willing

Green Mountain Taekwondo Institute is Amazing!! They are great with kids and parents. Our son loves taekwondo more each year. They learn so much in a positive environment; skills that will last a lifetime. My son leaves taekwondo so happy and he loves the staff and other members. He says, “It’s a great community.” This community has been such a blessing for our son. He has grown leaps and bounds in so many ways. Green Mountain has been patient and kind to our son and us and we are forever grateful/ thankful. This place is a true gem!

We've been with CTI for 5 years, and it is truly like a second family to us. The directors and instructors are very friendly and positive, but firm in the disciplined martial arts way (as they should be). I love that leadership and community service are incorporated into the school's values and taught at every level. The events they hold beyond classes, from tournaments to camps to lock-ins to Expos, are unbelievably organized and add to our kids' enjoyment of taekwondo. Our family couldn't be happier with our experience!

I couldn't be happier with my time at CTI. The staff and instructors truly put the students first in all aspects. I am especially pleased with the lengths they went to provide classes, lessons and tournaments while navigating COVID. As someone who had to remain socially distanced for a long time it really made me feel like they were taking care of my needs first. Everyone is professional, welcoming and friendly.

I love taking classes at Colorado Taekwondo institute!!! When your having a hard day and then you go to class everything turns around. Everyone is so positive and kind. I have my 2 year old son taking the tiger class and he is doing well. His teacher is amazing and has so much patience with him. I would recommend CTI to anyone who every wanted to participate in the fine lifestyle of martial arts.

I don't think I can express how wonderful they Colorado Taekwondo Institute has been for my life. Since moving to Colorado 7 years ago and finding the Colorado Taekwondo Institute I have learned so much about self-defense, Fitness and Leadership. The atmosphere at the Green Mountain campus has a strong family aspect and is grounded in the ideas of respect and self discipline. I have been with CTI for almost 2 years and my experience has been fantastic! The moment you walk in the door it is a welcoming environment - from the staff to the students, they all care deeply about your success. CTI places a high value on education, self-control, and self-defense which in turn promotes self confidence and a healthy approach to how you live your life. The actual classes are a great workout! Focusing on strength, flexibility, agility, and learning the art of Taekwondo. I highly recommend CTI for anyone looking for a great martial arts experience.

I have two boys that have been going to Colorado Taekwondo for the past six years. We have been very impressed with the CTI instructors and community. Not only are my sons learning an incredible discipline, we are thrilled that key messages around trust, respect, integrity, honesty, discipline, working hard, etc. are being reinforced through monthly homework, modeling of these behaviors by all black belts and the expectations set by the instructors during their workouts.
