I highly recommend this place. Dr. Dinger and staff took excellent care of my sick dog. I was able to get an appointment quickly, they were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They took time to care for my furry friend well while communicating to me what they were looking at. Very thorough care. Dr. Dinger even followed up a few days later with a phone call to see how my dog was feeling.

I was that patient. I walked in with a very sick kitten on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. I had called multiple vets in the area once I rescued the kitten and realized she needed medical attention STAT. None of the words that would raise red flags for my human patients was working. I was driving to AVETs when I realized that I didn't call… this office and I took a chance. I was sitting in the waiting room and praying someone would help me. My prayers were answered by Mary who is an angel for animals, I swear. She informed Dr. Pope who agreed to see her. Not only did Dr. Pope examine

I went in today for an appointment to have my dog euthanized. I walked in the door a girl meets me and asked are you ladies dad. I was upset as you could imagine over my dog I told her I would need some… assistance getting her out of the car she rolls her sleeves up and says we got this. I really was not very talkative but I did catch her name it was Sierra. her and the entire staff made the worst day of my life bearable thank you

I cannot recommend this veterinarian enough. He was recommended by Dr. O’Laughlin, whom I trust explicitly. When our cat developed a urinary blockage and our regular vet turned us away because hey we’re too busy. A call to Pittsburgh East Animal Hospital, they welcomed us and gave us a plan and a price that would not put us into debt! And they took… such wonderful care of Peanut. Dr. Pope was above board and knew exactly what to do and laid out the plan which was exactly what was needed. Thank God we did not have to choose between the cost and losing our precious cat.

My wife & I wouldn't take our children anywhere else. Dr. Pope & his staff are an A+ outfit. Well trained & experienced. Knows exactly how to treat you & your furry family. If you want the best for your fur babies, Pittsburgh East Animal Hospital is your go to Vet. Both locations. Monroeville & Greensburg.

The doctors and staff at Pittsburgh East Animal Hospital are friendly, helpful and extremely kind. I first went there after an emergency with my cat. My old veterinarian was unable to see him on short notice, but Pittsburgh East found the time in their very busy schedule to see my cat that day. We have been clients ever since. They have cared for my pets with love and affection and showed me true kindness during difficult visits. I will stay with Pittsburgh East for many years to come!

We had a great experience here! They were able to fit us in quickly when my cat, Mazzy, stopped eating. Dr. Caldwell was really nice and easy to talk to. She explained everything very well and made recommendations without making me feel pressured to do anything excessive or expensive. We will definitely be back with both of our cats.

Dr. Pope took care of my dog, Tuffy, when we rescued him in 2009 and took excellent care of him until we moved to North Carolina in 2017. He is the best vet Bob and I have ever encountered. We also hold his staff in high regard. We have yet to find a vet we like down here. There is no one like Dr. Pope. We do have a vet down here, but it is not the same. Tuffy is 11 years old now and going strong. Please tell Mary that Margo said HI !! Love you guys!!

If it weren’t for Dr. Pope and staff, Wicket would not be here today to celebrate his 2nd birthday. They go the “extra mile”...always.....be it caring, knowledge, understanding (that our pets are family) and, of course, treatment. Thank you to all the staff and doctors at both Greensburg and Monroeville.
