I live here now these apt smell like paint thinner and raw eggs i t burnt your skin so awful bug invested the smell is so strong you can't inhaled I reported to CODE Inspection in fresno drug invested apt you can hear people open shut door 1am thr Five am constantly they get in to apt when you leave. I call the manager the new one they hired

Management use to be good but not no more. If you can’t stand a manager who treats other residents better than you or who charges you for damages that were in the apartment before you moved in etc, then don’t move here. Our car has been broken into several times and the area is just all around a ghetto place, which I don’t mind. The rooms are small enough to the point where when I just reach my arm up to put a shirt on, the ceiling fan hits my arm. You don’t get what you pay for. The sockets are weak and can’t even support a phone charger and the ones is my house are upside down. The

I just had the absolute worst experience in history with these disgusting human beings!! Rebecca has to be the most incompetent person i have ever dealt with. Her and her lazy rude co workers just sell wolf tickets to low income families to get over on you and take your money. The manager was just as careless and useless. I would never refer anyone to live there. They discriminate and look down on regular class people trying to make it in this town. So sad what society is doing to peoples livelihoods.. Ill pray for these nasty woman to get some empathy and human decency.

I'm currently a visitor to these apartments. From my observations, the complex is kept in okay condition (3 of 5 stars). The apartment that I'm visiting my relatives at has some technical issues such as:
1. The water pressure was terrible (I have fixed that for my relatives--the faucets had clogged up filters).
2. The built-ins are horribly out of date, ie: the plugins in several locations are so used that they will not hold an item that's plugged into it, the dishwasher doesn't lock so it doesn't work, the refrigerator is the cheapest model you can buy, no ice-maker or filtered water on the

I lived here for over a year and moving out as soon as i find another apartment! Dont live here unless you want your car broken into and your mail stolen. I had my car broken into 4 times. The mailboxes are always getting broken into and when i told the manager she said that happens everywhere. Crackheads are always walking around here! They made me pay for missing knobs in my apartment that i reported when i first moved in but the manager Nathan never wrote it down so i was charged since he dont work here no more. The apartments itself was okay. My neighbors were decent. I did notice that there are a lot of people there who do drugs, which did not bother me too much because I stayed inside. The worst part of living here was management. The new management guy, Nathan, is the worst. He is very unprofessional and has an attitude problem. Stephanie also have the same issue. She a little bit more professional, but her attitude is not the best. The new girl is okay. Because of the management there, I decided to move after living there for several years. The management is so bad here they are the main reason why I'm moving out this manager Anna Gomez stole my car for 24 hours and never notified me of towing my car in which I lost my car becuase by the time i found out what happens to my car the impound fee were so high I could get my car out in doing this Anna Gomes broke the law by braking 8 or 9 penal codes. Which I should have sued her and this company that only wants your money and treats you like a number and not a human she also sends out 3day notices like they are candy for reason. Barley moved in 4 weeks ago and my car got broken into. My mail got stolen. The office never answers, my neighbors are loud as ever and always fighting. My car is non driveable now since they jammed the part where I put my key to start the car and my handle got broken off. What's the point of having security smh ! I never see them do patrols in the back. I no longer feel safe in these apartments. Worst decision ever to be moved in the back. The back area isn't gated so there's always tweakers walking around. Definitely can't wait till my lease is up and move out of here !!!!!
