Food is bland, no one answers the phone. Food truck is better than this place.

We hired Northern Fork for a large customer breakfast hosted at our facility. Their food was excellent. If you hire them for breakfast, ask for the Cheddar Hashbrowns and the French Toast Muffins! They were just delicious! They also supplied us with a trio of Mamosas. I had no idea mimosas could have so many wonderful flavors. Bethany was super easy to work with and she was very helpful in planning our event. We will definitely be using them again. My team said to me, "Give Northern Fork an A+"

At my past company we used Northern Fork for large corporate catering events so I figured I would inquire for my upcoming wedding. While I already knew their food was amazing, their wedding menu pricing was very competitive so, it was a done deal! Since day one my Rep Bethany was super informative and responsive. She even came up with with recommendations based off our wedding details, which I loved! Unfortunately like most brides, due to COVID, we had to move our fall 2020 wedding to winter 2021. Unfortunately I heard my partner placing an order and the North Fork girl on the phone taking the order was extremely rude and condescending. That's very embarrassing for Northern Fork and sad that they would hire someone of such quality.

I tried their food at a wedding expo. The bride I was with really liked their food so she wanted her bridal shower catered from there. The bridal shower which I was throwing for her. I had such high hopes for this food and for the amount that was paid to cater on a Sunday, it really was not that much food at all! We had to order more food from a pizza place close by. I was pretty embarrassed to have this little of food for the $500 minimum. For example I ordered the Korean BBQ meatballs and I these meatballs were so dang small, they were smaller than golf balls. I absolutely love working with Northern Fork for catering! I use them a lot for my office's catered lunches and I'm always left impressed with everything. Their customer service is fantastic and everything is so well-done! It's simple food done so creatively done. Northern Fork has become my "go-to" when someone in our office wants a really good lunch. Highly, highly recommend!

The amazing team at Northern Fork made our wedding day incredible. Gosh, am I glad I finally got to try this food. My coworkers have been talking about this place since forever. This restaurant does the catering for a meeting they attend and they never stopped taking about the food. Apparently they only do catering now and no longer have a physical location... not sure if they ever did.

I had their vegetable quiche, grilled veggies and their buttermilk biscuit. Everything was delicious. I am still beating myself up for not taking a picture as I was rushing to eat before getting back to work.

What an outstanding company! They truly know how to execute an event! They have wonderful fresh tasting food and everyone in the company seem like close friends! Great to see from an outside perspective, can't wait to see the expansion of this company

After using this catering service for years, I am looking to back away completely. They have taken advantage of the customer with their delivery prices as well as their rip off prices on refreshments.

When I tell you I've spent thousands, I have truly spent many thousands with them!

I don't care how good the food is, to be treated with respect adds much more value for me than what they offer these days. Maybe train your staff -MEG in particular. She wanted to argue with customer feedback, then my argument back is I can use someone else,

We are so impressed by Northern Fork - cannot say enough good things about everything! We received a meal from a friend while we were in the hospital with our son - the Grilled Flank Steak! It was AMAZING. The champagne vinegar & green bean potato salad was absolutely delicious. I was a little nervous when I heard potato salad, but this is nothing like what I thought. I'm not normally a fan of green beans, but these were so good. We used Northern Fork back in October for our wedding reception & could not have been more pleased!!

We were given their information through a friend and contacted them. From the start, they were friendly, responsive and beyond helpful! Kathleen was our coordinator and listened to what we wanted. She has so many connections and helped us find the perfect venue (Kitchen Chicago) and we met there to go over the food menu and the layout. We were also invited to an event they had right after that, so that we could try the food and visualize the space/layout.

After tons of emails & calls back

Our company ordered catering from here today and the omelette was the best I ever had. I had 3 plateful of it and I'm not even exaggerating!

I use this caterer often for business lunches and they are always on time and deliver delicious food! I recently had them cater an event at my home and the entire experience was excellent. From planning the menu to the delivery and set up to the wonderful food - the team at Northern Form really know what they're doing! Our guests loved the mini sliders and coconut shrimp and everyone hovered around the bowl of mini churros. The bartender was very nice and personable too. Even the delivery and pick up of the tables and linens was timely and professional. I highly recommend Northern Fork

I have used this company for catering for the past 9 years. They are consistently good--the food is always fresh, very good and most importantly they are always on time. If they are even running 5 minutes late I will get a phone call letting me know. Recently one of my orders got mixed up with another persons order and there were a couple of small items (condiments) missing and the driver forgot plates and utensils. The driver went and bought some right away and they comped my entire order, which was about $150. They even called and apologized again and offered to send over a complimentary dessert

I hear great things about company and the menu looks great! I frequently eat their spinach salad - it has nice cucumber moons, red bell pepper and edamame and this lip smacking peanut sauce that I need to get my hands on to cook with at home (cold sesame peanut noodles anyone??). I can't wait to try the rest.

They get 5 stars because they WERE amazing! Unfortunately they are no longer at this location. They did so well that they moved downtown! Good luck to them, I know they will do great!

I just ordered delivery to the office from these guys. I now have a new favorite lunch place. Excellent sandwich.
