Since early 2009, Tameka Jones has been an avid entrepreneur. Her business and expertise include event planning and catering. She has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry; working for known catering businesses, corporate bar and grills, hotels, fine dining restaurants, and convention centers.
All packages include white glove dinner table service, classic white china table settings, framed table numbers, (3) votive candles on each table and a designated event manager. Please ask our Hopsitality Specialist about our rental item list and additional services. Includes our signature Shrimp & Grits, Chicken & Waffles, Veggie Lasagna, Salmon & Herbs, Breakfast Potatoes and Scrambled eggs along with an assortment of fresh fruit.

Very disappointing. Initial coordination was professional with Cassandra- date and time for drop off at a reception were coordinated multiple times, but come day of my reception, a 45 min delay to drop off food that arrived too late (25% of guests left so I had so much leftover), one caterer arrived with no cart to transport the food, and the hot food was already at room temperature. 100 guests, most from out of town, who I told to skip lunch for this event were less than imperssed, and this delay caused the follow-on event and activities to further delay an hour. I worked with Outside the Box Catering to order box lunches for a group of 50 people, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tameka was great to work with, and the quality of the food was exceeded only by their courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend this terrific business to anyone needing catering services -- you will not be disappointed!

We recently used Outside the Box to cater a week-long corporate event and have nothing but good things to say about their food and services. Our contact Cassandra & owner Tameka were incredibly responsive and helpful, the team delivering the food went above and beyond to work within our strict schedule, and the food itself received great reviews and the offerings were diverse enough to keep the crew happy for a week's worth of meals. My family hosted a Mother's Day and Birthday celebration Sunday. Outside the Box catered the event. It's the first time my family has used them for events. I was so pleased with the level of service provided by this vendor. From setup to presentation, everything was outstanding. The entire family was pleased with the quality and taste of the food.
