I eat here often and have always been pleased with the food and service, until today. I ordered a 2 meat salad and paid 10.29 This is what I got.. I bet there isn’t 2 ounces of meat here. In the past when I have gotten salads it would fill the container this time it barely filled the bottom. Very disappointed!

Genuinely horrible experience, to the point I had to feed the meat to my dog, and don't even feel good about that. Extremely dry ribs and pork with 0 flavor at all, which implies to me that they aren't even cooked with any sauce. Which is an absolute shame, especially for ribs. Ribs were undercooked, very tough and chewy with complete inability to even be scraped off of the bone with your fingers or even a fork.
Only giving this 2 stars for the very fact that the more than likely HEB store-bought roll that came with my 20 dollar disappointment of a meal was only slightly stale.

This place is the best BBQ in La Porte. There is another one down Underwood, but I think this one has better food. The meats are cooked perfectly, and they are always so friendly and helpful. There could be a line out the door, and they are super fast and efficient. We don't wait very long, and it is always fresh and delicious. Great lunch spot for sure.

BEST BBQ, is King's. They now have several locations around town but I still prefer the Laporte location. Old habit. LOL. Great customer service, good prices and portions, amazing flavor, fall off the bone tender ribs, lots of great sides, grilled steaks and burgers are good, chicken wings good. Desserts are yummy. Meat is flavorful and can stand alone even without the sauce, but their sauce is good. Nicely balanced to be not too sweet or too spicy. You can even order ahead online for pickup at time of your choice. Definitely worth trying if you haven't had it already. We have tried lots of places

This location is awesome it’s clean people are nice and friendly. And it definitely makes you want to come back. I love this location but …..please please I beg you to close down the Pasadena one they are running your name in the mud. The food is dry tasteless the people don’t care and the last two times I’ve went in there it’s been dirty.
