Upon my first meeting with Mark I thought to myself, I hope I don't embarrass myself too much. After a year of being a couch potato, flabby and tired all the time, I decided it was time to do something. Mark changed my life. I’ve been training with him for a couple years now, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. As someone who works in the field of entertainment, the pressure of being in the public eye is daunting and suffocating to my body image. But with Mark’s help, I feel free to be myself with no apologies. Mark brought a practicality and insightful outlook on fitness that was individualized, easy to maintain, and encouraging (dare I say- inspiring?).
