Great gym. Great trainers. A pretty blended mix of people. Hardcore to elderly. More dungeonesqe then mainstream gyms. But no showers means i cant bang and clang omw to work at 5am. So i had to move on. Reason for 4 stars

Great gym if you looking for no frills old school iron. They have a lot of weights and decent amount of cardio.but a lot of the equipment looks like it's been around for 30 year's.

First day there and I loved the vibe.
It's about coming in and doing your workout. Everyone seems very nice.
I like it because it reminds me of the old school gyms that I'm used to.

It's a good gym. Big, clean, new-looking. Lots of space and isn't usually crowded in the afternoons. 💪
