For someone that needed an engagement ring, I had poor luck with the big name franchises. Calvin's on the other hand did a great job on educating me through the process without up-selling or being too pushy. They treat you right and shoot you straight. I found a good fit for my fiance and we went back for wedding bands. I'd recommend going to Calvin's for anyone looking to buy an engagement ring that doesn't know where to start. Ask for Calvin himself. Solid guy.

I just wanted to thank Ashley for all her help in creating the most beautiful anniversary ring for us. Calvin's custom created a gorgeous halo setting for our emerald cut diamond in record breaking time. Ashley stayed in contact with me the whole time and sent very detailed CAD drawings of multiple angles of the custom setting. We made a few minor changes and then it was here before I could even believe it!! The ring is absolutely stunning and makes me so happy to see it sparkle everyday!! Thank you!!

When shopping around for an engagement ring, we went to about a dozen places. The last place we went was Calvin’s. No where else explained the 4 C’s of the diamonds to us. The service we received was not matched by any other store. Alex was incredible in explaining everything and taking notes to ensure my fiancée gets exactly what she wanted. While shopping for an engagement ring, I first visited another jewelry store in downtown Austin. There was nothing in particular not to like about the store, but it wasn't anything special. Looking for a custom engagement set? Sinthia was our girl from the start. She is knowledgeable and had great ideas to ensure our custom pieces were out of this world. JUST LOOK AT THEM!!! 😍 The customer service was nothing short of top notch and the workmanship truly speaks for itself.

We have been using Calvin's for all of our jewelry needs for many years. We've had things restyled, repaired, appraised, etc. and have always had a wonderful experience. Having said that, despite our enjoyable relationship with them, going in to help our out of town son find just the right ring to give to the perfect girl gave me more than a little pause. This place was referred to me by someone in my neighborhood. Initially while working with Ashley I was excited and impressed. I started conversing with her about merging 2 rings I had. Gave her a price range, and she kept promising to be in touch. She never reached out to me, I always had to contact her. I eventually decided I did not trust this business enough to even continue communications. Such a disappointment.

My soon-to-be SIL helped my fiancé pick out the most gorgeous emerald solitaire ring at Calvin's and I absolutely love it. We took it in for a little tweaking a week after he gave it to me (we live in Dallas and were in town for the weekend) and they got the work done same-day so I wouldn't have to be without my ring over the holidays. We went to Calvin's for both my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. Ashley in particular went above and beyond. She took her time to make us feel comfortable and really listened to what we wanted. I spent some time researching jewelry stores in the area and found myself at Calvin's after reading several good reviews and having a phone conversation with Sandy. Sandy at Calvin's was extremely helpful in the creation of this absolutely gorgeous and perfect engagement ring.
