I'm on the other side of the country and needed a local to Polk county family law attorney and Mr. Soto popped up on a Google search and his reviews didn't lie! He is amazing. Not only was he affordable (yay!), he was always professional and kind and kept things realistic. He didn't give false hope, nor was he discouraging. He gave lots of helpful information before I even officially hired him, which I greatly appreciated and told me he cares more about his clients and their well-being and that of their children than he does about winning a case. Mr Soto successfully represented my party for a custody case. He was professional, understanding, and held each member of his clientele to standard. He walked us through each process and did a very good job of cleaning up our jargon and taking out information that isn't necessary at court. Saved us time and face before the judge. Would definitely recommend to someone else.

Lindsay is hands down the best to work with. He actually cares. He’s not just doing it to make money, he chooses to accept your case because he genuinely cares. I recently used him for a Child custody case. He told me in the beginning what the outcome would be and sure enough he was correct! I may have drove him nuts with all my worries but he never gave up on me. He truly knew what was best for my child and cared to help me fight for that.

Asked the lady who answered the phone if she could answer a couple questions. She said “i can try” in a very rude & snotty tone. I told her it’s okay I’ll call someone else. She immediately said okay and hung up. Typically if your calling a divorce lawyer office, your life is probably stressful at the moment. For a place that had been in business 15+ years you think they would have more professionalism. But I guess not. Don’t go off their google reviews, just choose a different office.
