D' Paella Gourmet

The reason I only gave them one star is because they were supposed to arrive at 6pm and have the food ready for 7:30 for a very important business function of 50 people. They arrived at 8 and food was not served until 9:15. They completely ruined our evening, most of the guests left. It was an embarrassment and a disaster. The excuse for being late was because they had forgotten their pan. Avoid this company if you want reliability. Food was mediocre, nothing to write home about and guy was rude when confronted about being late.

Food was amazing. They arrived with perfect timing and was extremely friendly and accommodating. That rice!!!!!! Best I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone

I ordered this catering service for my cousin’s baby shower just this past Saturday 4/10/21. They were 2 hours late and didn’t even call to let us know. When I called to see where they were, they didn’t answer. Sure enough 2 hours later a kid in his very early 20s shows up. He was completely unprepared. We had to provide him with cutlery and vegetable oil. Half way through cooking the food, he disappeared and didn’t tell anyone where he left to. He was gone for about 20 minutes, leaving the food to overcook. When he came back, the food was served and tasted HORRIBLE. I was so disappointed

A friend recommended D’Paella for a party I was having. Let me tell you...the food was delicious!! We had the seafood and campesino paellas. We also had appetizers such as empanadas, ceviche, coconut shrimp and meatballs. EVERYTHING was delicious!! The chefs came on time, were very nice and helpful. I have to mention the price....very reasonable!! Seychell was very helpful and as nice as she could be! As a matter of fact we are having another party and having D’Paella again!!

Chef Carlos was very open to start preparing the Paella ,,, which was very exquisite ,,, his attention to the guests was very professional, Thank you Chef Carlos

I used DPaella for my wedding catering services. It was at Matheson Hammock Park, where they are registered to work. Seychell and Brian provided a paella campesina sample when I first met with them.She was extremely helpful with catering guidance and tips for arrival and pickup times. I hired 2 waiters through her company. Besides the delicious and juice paella campesina, served with sweet plantains, salad, and bread rolls, I got an appetizer table with cold cuts, cheese, meatballs, caprese salad skewers, and Spanish tortilla. Everything was amazing! I couldn't be more grateful. I will forever

For the holidays one of our companies vendors hired D'Paella to cater for us. Our company was so amazed with the food that we hired them to cater lunch for our company everyday. AMAZING quality, great prices and the customer service has been amazing.

Horrible would be kind... I had the Moro with pork it tasted like it was sour and old.. the dinner from hell Don't waste your time or money on this pathetic so called caterer ...they care nothing about catering ... I get nauseous just thinking about it. Went to the bar to get a glass of wine and they said they only had one kind Chardonnay ..it wasn't true there were several bottles of other wines .... I asked for a pina colada they said they didn't have a way of making that so they made me a horrible drink...absolutely disgusting!!

This past Saturday we used d’paella gourmet for a party, the food and service were fantastic.
We had Carlos, he was on time, friendly, and packed up the leftover food in containers for us, then cleaned up everything perfectly. We ordered some appetizers, croquettes and empanadas, he fried them fresh right their at the party and served them with a sauce that was delicious. The paella, plantains, and salad were also fantastic and such a lovely presentation.
I highly recommend d’ paella for any party.

D'Paella Gourmet food and service is absolutely excellent! They were able to accommodate the catering of a huge Paella for my wedding so quickly and effortlessly, I am still amazed by how wonderful they are! My guests are still raving about the exquisite Seafood Paella and salad! I highly recommend their service for any event and look forward to using their services again in the near future! They catered a service for me for about 50 people. The service was great, funny and my residents where very impressed with the food and the overall experience. The owner was also nice and did what he promised.

The all-around best paella company in South Florida.

The service was amazing from the first call to the last bite, as the chef assistant went above and beyond by pouring champagne for all of the guests and clearing the tables.

I originally bid out the seafood paella and arroz imperial con pollo to many of the "top vendors" I found here on yelp but could not find reasonable prices anywhere. I decided to search on google and found the D'Paella google plus page that boasted 5 stars.

Without much notice, D'Paella saved the day and surpassed all expectations. The food was fresh

These are definitely the people to call for your next paella feast! From the first phone call to reserve their services the owner was very informative & professional. They offer a few paella choices, tons of appetizers to choose from, & if paella is not your thing they offer other delicious Latin food choices like whole roasted pork.

Anyway I choose a seafood paella for our event (40th birthday party). The chef (Jorge) was on time (actually a little early, which was great) and he was eager to begin in order to keep everything on schedule. He cooked outdoors & our party was inside
