I had an absolute nightmare dealing with a Your Castle agent last summer. I was written an illegal lease by the property owner's ex husband without my knowledge. Instead of trying to fix the situation or work with us Denise Baca proceeded to go out of her way to make things as difficult as possible. This included false accusations of intent to destroy property, blatant lies to the property owner about interactions we had. Zero notice given and barging in to show the home. One time I wasn't dressed, the other she let the dogs out to roam the countryside freely and later lied about it. I used to

Not our direct agents but we are the buyers and they are from the seller side. The information on Zillow was false about what is included in HOA, which we dint realize until we received our first month HOA bill. When tried calling multiple times to ask as to why this was mentioned the other way on Zillow, no response !!!

This review is specifically regarding realtor David Person. I found a house on Redfin and Zillow that I was very interested in. On both sites it said there was an open house 1-3pm on Saturday. I showed up at the property and there was about 10 people waiting outside. David was not there and the house was locked. Everyone waiting was calling his number with no answer. I finally got ahold of him and he told me that the open house was cancelled and I "should have made an appointment with my realtor". I notified him that there was 10+ people waiting outside and there was nothing online or outside of

Terry recently sold our home in Castle Rock, Colorado. He was amazing from the initial consultation all the way through closing. Unfortunately, the buyers agent was extremely inept and difficult, but still Terry basically did the work of two agents to keep the process on schedule and the closing guaranteed. He priced our home strategically to get us the maximum amount of money while still allowing for an immediate sale.
