This place is fantastic with a Lower rent than the other moldy dumps In this town. We have lived in these apartments for over a year and we seldom hear our neighbors. The amenities and maintenance team are fantastic with quick response times. We have lived in crappy apartments, and this is not one of them. The complex is clean and quiet with its own neighborhood watch. The actual inside of the apartments are durable and high quality with a pet friendly atmosphere. The management staff is quick to respond and extremely student friendly, they have also handled coronavirus fantastically well. No complaints

This place has great staff, is well-maintained, and was largely built within the past year or two. The BLVD is affordable with great wall soundproofing (such a sleep-saver)! I really lucked out coming to the BLVD, it is the best place to live while you're at OSU if you have a car. I just hope it doesn't get too crowded here after these good reviews.

We've lived in Blvd for 8 months. We moved from the east coast amid the pandemic and Brittney was extremely helpful and communicative when we were navigating the application process from afar, making the transition seamless. Our neighbors are kind and while we live on the top floor, we don’t experience noise issues from below or next door. The office has been very communicative as they navigate the changing governor’s orders and context we are all operating in – now the gym is open and I appreciate the actions they’ve taken to ensure a safe exercise option for residents.

We've lived at the Boulevard Apartments for 7 months now, and it's truly been a wonderful experience! We applied at the start of the pandemic so we chose to rent without actually touring the unit. I've never done that before, but I felt comfortable taking a leap of faith because the staff were kind, answered tons of questions, and seemed to be really proud of their property. Move In day was a lot of fun because our apartment was clean, bright, and much nicer then expected. We've met several other friendly neighbors, and I love, love, love watching the dogs play in the community dog park. The staff

My roommates and I moved into the Boulevard Apartments a few months ago, and we were so excited - they were beautiful on the inside and seemed to be a really good place to live. However, actually living here has been a nightmare. We live on the bottom floor, and our neighbors have been the worst any of us have ever experienced in an apartment - from yelling and screaming to dogs running around and bangs so loud they shake and creak the ceiling for hours on end, we have been woken up constantly and cannot get any rest during daylight and nighttime hours. Overpriced, for low quality. Worst management ever. I was on the top floor and the people below me were so noisy that they would wake me up in the middle of the night. I was not able to get decent sleep the whole time I lived there. The management sends out so many (SO MANY) message, all bark and no bite. There is dog poo all over the property. It supposed to be a "dog friendly" property but yet there are signs on every piece of grass saying "no pets". You are restricted to where you can walk on the property (eye roll). The dog park is discussing dirty and smelling and is a joke. People are smoking

I just have to say that Brittney has been so patient and helpful to us throughout the entire leasing process and management has done everything they possibly can to make it as seamless as possible! When construction was delayed on the apartments (it happens on new buildings) they did everything in their power to make sure we got in a unit as soon as possible, and even got us the same view of the tree farm we had before! They've answered all mine and my wife's countless (probably annoying) questions and helped us throughout the entire process, all the way up to signing today. Thank you guys so much
