Services
A home inspection consists of a visual inspection of the accessible components and materials of the home. Using 3D Inspection System software, a computer generated inspection report describing these observations and conditions is submitted to the client. Upon request from you, our client, we can schedule a wood destroying insect report (pest inspection), conducted by a licensed inspection company.
Randy Payne is the proud father of two girls and a beautiful granddaughter. He is a second-generation home inspector, with a background in general construction. He began working construction as a teen, then went to a carpentry trade school at Parkway West Technical Institute. He followed that by earning an Associates Degree in Business from the Community College of Allegheny County.
Randy Payne and Kim were nothing short of amazing! He thoroughly inspected our soon-to-be-home! He gave advice through the entire process; he also explained and made notes (as well as allowing me to bother (contact) him when needed). He had an audience (both of our parents), who also asked questions; he handled all of us very well, answering every single question!

My husband and I are buying a home and we used Randy to do the home inspection again. He was very professional, kind and very informative. He walked us through the entire process addressing every concern, thought, question and even gave us tips to help maintain the house and make it extra special. We feel he didn't miss a single thing and felt confident buying this house. We are so grateful for his time, attention and kindness. Randy and the folks from Quality Home Inspections did a great job inspecting a house that we bought in Pittsburgh. We were at my residence in Henderson Nevada when we scheduled the inspection, and not being in Pittsburgh didn't create any issues or surprises. Quality Home Inspections communicates well with their clients well and kept us posted with all the findings and documented them thoroughly.

I highly recommend using Quality Home Inspections. Randy is extremely friendly, thorough for the inspection and explains everything in detail.
He also gives recommendations on how to fix, maintain or clean certain areas of the house. Also, their pricing is listed on their website so you know exactly what you are paying when you call to make an appointment and Angie who booked the appointment was also very nice and explained the entire process. I'm very happy I used Quality for my house inspection!

Randy and the team were absolutely incredible to work with. We just had them do the inspection for our second home and we had an unbelievably good experience with them. I highly recommend these folks - they were extremely thorough and patient with us, they were there on time and were very professional, the work they did was thorough, and we had a comprehensive report within hours of the inspection. I can't imagine it gets much better.
