Tony took his time and was very thorough throughout his inspection. It's obvious he is very knowledgeable in his field. He pointed out both minor and potentially major issues while looking over every inch of the home. I was able to use his comprehensive report to renegotiate for a lower price. As a first time home buyer I feel more at ease with my decision to purchase my first home now knowing what repairs may be required in the future. I had initially used Anthony on a home I was going to purchase in April. I have had home inspections done before but his was by far the most informative along with the amount of pictures that he provided. I terminated that sale and and found another home at the end of May. Because I was impressed with the home inspection he had done I used him again. I would HIGHLY recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a home inspector.

Anthony was fantastic, I've paid for multiple home inspections and he is by far the best experience I've had. I would recommend him 100%. He was quick to schedule our inspection and communicates well. He showed up on time, he thoroughly inspected every part of our house (even the hard to get to places), and was more than happy to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He did a great job during the inspection and within a day of the inspection, sent us an extremely thorough yet easy-to-read and organized document with his findings and photos. Anthony was very professional and helpful. He came early to answer any questions and go over a detailed list of what he was going to do. Then after his initial inspection he was able to explain to me in detail what was important, not important, and what would be on the full report. The report came back promptly and during the waiting period he was able to answer questions I had not thought to ask until after over the weekend. He was thorough, amazingly helpful, and we will he using him for every inspection.

The Home Pros are exactly what you would want out of a home inspector: quick scheduling, no BS contract, incredibly thorough home inspection, fast turnaround on the report, lower prices than their competitors and really friendly to boot. We were recommended another home inspector in the area who was so problematic and complicated, and Tony was there to save the day. Forget whoever your broker is trying to get you to hire and go with Tony.

Tony did a very through inspection of the home I purchased. He really took his time to check everything and essentially "leave no stone unturned" He provided a very detailed report within a few days after the inspection, which was very useful for the negotiation process. We needed to coordinate the appointment before purchasing an triplex with the seller, tenants and real estate agent so it wasn't super easy but the home pros were super helpful and responsible. Showed up right on time, explained everything we asked and the report was ready the day after. Very happy with the service. 20% to 30% less expensive than the competitors and provide very good service. Recommend

This is my second time around buying a home and I have to say that Anthony completely exceeded my expectations with regards to the home inspection. He was very easy to work with, explained and showed me everything, and happily answered every question I had. Buying a home is nerve wracking, especially when it comes to the inspection portion, and I can't recommend The Home Pros enough - Anthony put my mind (and nerves) at ease.

My wife and I were buying our second house and we needed an inspection completed asap due to a crazy time frame. Anthony was able to squeeze us in last minute when no other home inspector would. We really appreciated that. Anthony was prompt, professional, polite, informative, and thorough. He sent a 45+ page report after the inspection. He answered many questions and gave good advice. My expectations were exceeded. Price was fair. You might be able to find someone cheaper. I don't know. I didn't shop around. You pay for what you get though so it's a small price to pay when making an investment like this. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I had an excellent experience with the The Home Pros. When I contacted them, I was in a bind and pressed for time. The company was accommodating and did the inspection very quickly. When the inspector showed up he was very informative about the inspection process and the time it would take. After it was over he explained the issues that would need addressed and provided a detailed report. I would highly recommend the Home Pros for anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
