Reporting this management - for lack of properly taking care of tenants during a water pipe incident. Over 7 days now and counting we tenants expected to be more than 9 days for water "according to their letter" we have experienced NO WATER and NO HEAT. During this (still pandemic COVID 19) they are sending all tenants to 2 bathrooms that 2 whole apartment complex is having to use without safety measures or sanitation and to my understanding this is breaking the law. Groups of tenants have to wait for a turn to use the bathroom and shower outside the hall ways. This is not in habitable conditions

So when we first moved here, these apartments were really nice that I would've rated 5 stars, always clean, but now neighbors dont seem to take care of the place, we pay more than $1,000 and there's roaches everywhere from downstairs( where the laundry is) to my bathroom and then to the kitchen, and we clean our home all the time. It would be worth it to live here if the rent wasn't so much. Im grateful for the place God gave me to live in but Im praying we can soon leave out of this place.

One of the worest appartments in america.the apartment manager is racist.if you have any problem and you call to the management than they don't pick up and later you call than they says why you call couple of times.we eat our lunch you don't have to call again.very worest manangement.any sales person entrer in to the buliding.manager come at your house and open the door if you do not open if you sleep or you not home they open the door without your permission.definatly don't recommend.very risky community drunk pepole are always in the parking.one of the most racist manager.
