I have been living here for over 5 years in the same community. I have also referred my friends who are living here for over 2 years now. Experience is not the same how it used to be before as the management got changed and they are not paying attention to any issues. My family and I are totally upset with the way they are communicating/responding to us as we have to do all the follow ups on everything. Some of them were so rude while answering and I hadn’t experienced this kind of behaviors anywhere or at any other communities. Hope they will pay attention to these things and they will take

I loved living at Woodbury! My husband and I ignored all of the negative reviews and gave them a chance- I’m so happy we did! The ladies in the office have always been friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance guys are awesome and so friendly!! They loved our dog and always stopped to pet her. The apartments are all updated and very nice. We had a few minor issues, but they were always taken care of immediately! We get a lot of packages so the lockers were very nice for us to make sure our packages weren’t stolen. The computer lab was a great amenity to have as well and I loved going

What a perfect community. Had to have things fixed but Joe the maintenance guy took care of it and he was finished he noticed something else that I didn't and he
took care of it. Hes new to the maintenance and i think he said that he was a temp but i sure hope tbey keep him. The assistant manager is so nice and i love the leasing agent. Keep up the great work good work guys. Love ya
