I am so excited and over whelmed to have this beautiful apartment, It's awesome. Jessica is an amazing young lady with a high profile level of professionalism. Jessica put me through in all of the rental processing from the beginning to the end. This is the best thing that has happened to me and my family in the resent years. The Ponds apartments are a very beautiful place to live. Throughout the property, there's beautiful water features and plenty of wildlife to be seen. The staff and the community have been friendly and welcoming since our arrival. The location is very convenient for commuting work and it's a short distance away from a few shops. The only issue I have with the Ponds is the internet speed capabilities. The internet speed is very slow. Unfortunately, it will definitely factor in on our decision to renew our lease. Overall, the Ponds on Plum Grove is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend

So in 2018 I moved here and I was having issues with my previous landlord. I explained my situation and Guy and Jessica went out of there way to make sure my family and I were not homeless. I came in right when they bought this property and Wow the improvement is just flawless. The office staff is so sweet and caring. The maintenance guys are always here for us. I have been here 3 years and they went above and beyond and helped get new appliances for me because we had the older ones from the previous owners. For the first time in years ( 2018- current ) i feel my apartment is a home. I can not

My boyfriend and I moved in about a month ago to the Ponds, and we absolutely love it here. Moving during the Covid era definitely presents some unique challenges, but thankfully we scoped this place out in February before the craziness took over.

Myself, my boyfriend, and my sister moved into our new apartment at The Ponds about a week ago. We had been searching for a place for almost two months and COVID made our search very difficult.
We spoke with Amy and scheduled a viewing as soon as we saw the listing on one of our 5 apartment apps (cannot remember which). Our tour was led by Jessica and she was amazing to say the least. She showed us two potential units and explained the differences between the two. She was patient, answered all of our questions, was kind and friendly, and has a great sense of humor.

Lived at The Ponds for almost 2 years recently moved because of work. My husband and I worked more frequently with Guy and Jessica when we needed assistance. They treated us like family and made sure we were taken care of unlike other companies. All issues we had were quickly addressed and fixed within 24 hours or less. The buildings were well maintained and parking was easy to come by. Living at the Ponds was fabulous!

We have lived at the Ponds for about 2 years now and love everything about it here! The leasing office is absolutely AMAZING, maintenance is polite, quick, and always get the job done in a timely matter. We truly haven’t found a single downside to living here, and I’ve lived in many apartments before this. The buildings, pool, laundry room, and gym are kept very clean. Neighbors are nice. When it snows, they are out right away shoveling and plowing. Would recommend to anyone considering living here!

The Ponds is a beautiful, peaceful place to live. Lovely trees, bushes and ponds, of course, as well as plenty of room to walk your dog(s), if you have one or two. Neighbor’s are very friendly, yet unobtrusive. Management couldn’t be any better than Guy and Jessica! The maintenance men, Ben and Abel, have been working here for at least two decades and are very responsive, responsible and reliable. I never hesitate to give them leave to enter my apartment when I’m not at home.

My fiance, 6-year-old son, and I have been living at The Moorings for 4 years now. It has always been a great place but the new management have made it even better & have made so many improvements. Guy and Jessica are nice, easy to work with, and they truly care. Quiet neighborhood. Nice, respectful neighbors. If we ever have a maintenance issue, it's fixed within 24 hours. Pool, gym, and nice scenery. Our apartment is truly a place we can be proud of.

Home like feel apartments, wonderful management...they listen to your concerns and address them appropriately and within the time frame given (generally things will get done the day mentioned or the next day), Jessica V. is the best (if you are looking for your next home come here and see her she will take care of you). Both Guy and Jessica are really nice, amazing and extremely helpful with all things The Moorings!

The Moorings is a beautiful place to live! The grounds are large and everywhere you walk you'll see water and greens so lovely. We have a very responsive management team. This has been my home for almost 27 years. In addition to this we have a lovely, well kept pool with generous hours and a gym that never closes!
I can't think of a time when… management failed to take every opportunity to please their clients. They have always been responsive to reasonable requests regarding noise complaints. Our maintenance men are the most hard working, excellent, efficient and honest men one could hope
