My wife and I have been working with Michael for close to two years now. Michael was our property manager for over 18 months and he did an excellent job helping us find tenants and overall taking care of the home maintenance etc. Due to multiple short term lease cases, Michael was very responsive and proactive in finding new tenants and vetting the applications.

Mike was an amazing property manager to work with. Johnny On The Spot on anything that came up with the home we were renting...one simple text and a picture, less than twenty four hours it was fixed. We loved the home we were renting and would have stayed forever if we hadn’t been transferred out of state....I wish we could have taken him and the house and moved it to Oklahoma with us :-)
Speaking of moving to Oklahoma, he even made that transition easy, our new property management company was able to get in touch with him and obtain our rental history and reference with ease. It was so fast
