When it comes to choosing a personal trainer it is important to find someone who that has the ability to be empathetic, caring and invested in your goals; Coach Ken hits each and every one of those characteristics. After attending my first session with Coach Ken I left feeling motivated and inspired like never before. Thanks to his tips I was able to lose 30 pounds in a two month time spand.

Even before I started out my fitness journey with Coach Ken, he asked me whether or not I was ready to commit my all to losing weight. Weight loss is an undeniably difficult journey and Coach Ken taught us more than just eating better and working out more efficiently. He taught us how to change our mindset. He recommended the Compound Effect book and until today, I still remember the main points he wanted us to carry not only in weight loss but also in life. My boyfriend and I joined Coach Ken's training and ever since that day, everything got better: body, mind and relationships with everyone we love and each other.

Let me start off by saying Ken is a great guy and even better coach. Very encouraging and supportive during your fitness journey. He saw more potential in me than I did at the time I started and after 6 months, I obtained the results I attached in the images. He knows his stuff so if you just listen to his coaching you too will see results. Training sessions with Ken were challenging at times but overall enjoyable as he is a very sociable person and some of his other clients are as well. If you're looking to get in better shape Ken is the guy to see!

Coach Ken is an amazing person. Very funny, kind and genuine. He is the type of person who wouldn't want you to waste money if he sees that you are not willing to put in the effort. From what I noticed, he cares more about his clients meeting their goals and challenging themselves to be the best version they can, and not just physically but mentally. He suggests good audio books that are eye openers to have you understand important concepts in life and how we can appreciate ourselves and strive to be a positive person and to not have you be held back from negative people.

I've trained here with both Coach Ken and Coach Dennis. I tried their trial sessions which was 3 sessions for $20 and it definitely gave me the jump start I needed to take care of my fitness and health. You can really feel their energy and it's infectious! I've known Coach Ken from college and he has always been a positive and fun personality. He challenged me and pushed me to give a little bit more towards the end of my workouts and that's definitely something I need in a coach. He gives great advice and genuinely cares about you as an individual, whether it's at the gym

I've never experienced real personal training and I thought it would be a very intimidating setting but I was wrong! Coach Ken is awesome - really passionate about what he does and truly cares in helping YOU reach your goals. No judgement whatsoever. He has a great team! Workouts are challenging with a fun environment. Definitely worth checking out!

So to provide a little background. Â I'm ex-military, have completed several half marathons, have workout on my own and used P90X. Â Never had a gym membership and didn't like working out with people. I was in pretty good shape or so I thought. Â It was a big thing for me to decide that I wanted to get to the next level and choose a person that can get me there. Â So with all that "Why choose Ken for personal fitness you ask?" Â Well for one thing, a DVD cant encourage me or correct my form. Â DVDs or working out by yourself can only get you so far and there is no one there to keep you honest.

Coach Ken is AMAZING! He has helped me reach my goal weight in 3 months and I have been able to sustain it too! He not only helps with your workouts, but also help with your diet. I may not always follow my diet (I really love chocolate milk and Cheese-its) but he knows exactly what to say to me to get me back on track without judgment. This is really important to me. He is more than just a personal trainer - He helps to transform your whole life! I can't wait to continue my training after this quarantine is over!

Coach Ken is great! Extremely nice and easy to work with. He truly cares about his clients and works with you to achieve your goals. Great motivator as well. He is very informative about each exercise you do and helps you control your form so you don't hurt yourself. The facility itself is also well equipped, clean and modern. Loved the music choice as well.

A friend of Mine posted a workout promo Ken was having and I was eager to try it out. I have wanted to get a trainer for a very long time and decided to finally give it a go.
Ken is amazing, I had a few concerns due to the current covid pandemic but I was happy that he took care of all that.
His training space was clean and sanitary.
I was nervous to start because some trainers can be a bit intimidating and they say if you dont hate your trainer they are not doing their job.
Ken made it easy to be transparent about what my weight goals were and my struggles, he mad suggestions for me in order

1. The equipment is modern, CLEAN and the place is spacious. 2. Coach Ken is motivating and really pushes you through each workout. His workouts are creative and dynamic. It's hard to get bored. It is really a personalized experience. He even checks on you days after a workout to see how your muscles are doing lol. I feel stronger, im getting toned and have learned more about nutrition.

For me, I want to set my goals low because I've been suffering from a back/hip injury 11 years ago. It is hard to be motivated to workout if you have chronic pain. Trained with Coach Ken and holy cow I sure learned alot. Every stereotype I had about fitness was completely debunked. Watching people on social media and influencers sold me on a narrow straight forward lifestyle. Which made it seem impossible. However after talking to coach ken I realized the reason I was failing at my fitness goals was because of my mindset. He helped me with my goals and helped me find a realistic way to achieve my goals. I've lost alot of stubborn weight and some new workouts. Working with Coach Ken was an amazing experience! We did a lot more than just fitness. We learned about using fitness as a way to excel in other places in your life. Coach Ken has literally changed my life both physically and mentally. It's like getting a workout and personal development classes at the same time. I feel stronger in all aspects of my life and can take on the world. Coach Ken is a great coach. He truly cares about your goals, not only your weight goals but your life goals ( the big picture ). Going with him made me realize how important it is to believe in yourself. My workout was at 530am, I would fight with myself to get up but once I was done with my workout, I was more energized and ready to conquer my day. We get so caught up in our daily lives and forget the big picture, well coach Ken will remind you.
