I accompanied Jonathon Drymon during his 4 point inspection of a condo being purchased. He was thorough and professional, explaining anything we asked for clarification about. I’ve used Jon & Blackwater Home Inspections LLC twice now. The first time was for a fast closing & I needed to get the home inspected ASAP. I recently used Blackwater Home Inspections to perform an inspection on my roof. Jon was able to come out to the house on a holiday weekend, so my inspection could be done in time for my insurance renewal. I received the necessary documentation within a few hours and was able to save $100’s on my insurance. He was thorough, professional, kind, and very accommodating.
