Do not rent here! There are a lot of people moving out of this place for good reason. The entrance gates have not worked for over 4 months, they are charging all renters an additional trash fee each month because people (renters and/or non renters) are dumping trash outside and all over the trash areas, maintenance doesn't or semi fixes issues while making a mess of the area (caulk everywhere, handprints, etc., they do not clean any of the staircases, valet trash guy is inconsistent, the apartment complex sends you a water bill as the renter does not have their own meter, front desk doesn't answer

The absolute worst place to call home. Water heater kept backing up and they would never fix it. Back up so bad it flooded the bedroom. Requested assistance on their portal and through email. Finally had to move out do to health problems and they took my deposit and charged me for the last 3 months of my lease.

Absolutely the worst company to rent from. Be very careful, they will steal your money, outrageous water bills, mold, the list goes on and on. And they are not nice people in the office, they are rude nasty people honestly I don’t know how they sleep at night, they treat their tenants like garbage. Many people have moved out, do t be fooled, stay far away!!!! The good reviews are from the people that work there, 100%

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO THERE. They will try to take all of your money after you leave, they will charge you multiple times for bills you’ve already paid, and try to get every dollar out of you, say you have 14 days to dispute but send you to collections before you even get the letter with charges. They NEVER answer the phone, ever. I guess I wouldn’t either if I was always scamming people for their money. Not to mention the apartment complex was always dirty and the gates to get in never worked. Nightmare from start to finish. Don’t do it you’ll regret it.

This place is a DISGRACE! NEVER RENT FROM HERE. I recently posted on here about my whole experience and how horrible this place is. I paid a deposit and when I went into the apartment it smelled like something died in there. Mirrors were all scratched up, grease stains on the wall. If you want to live in a hood environment this is definitely your place. Next is the management…. This “manager” lady thinks her title means her pop don’t stink, she told me if I don’t take my post out that they would not rent to me after I already PAID for the place. I don’t know what these people think

I have lived here since May of this year and have had no problems. Joshua, Aline and Henry are always super friendly whenever I have questions or concerns with my apartment. There have been times where my maintenance issues took a little longer than usual but still attended to within a few days. It's nice to live somewhere where the complex cares about their residents, especially during a hard time like this.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far! I moved in late May of 2021, and the whole process was fairly easy. The front office worked around my work schedule so I was able to have my parents pick up the keys and start the moving process since I would be unable to be there that day.
I was also given the standard checklist to fill out of anything wrong/broken in the apartment. There were several small things that I noted and the ones that could be were all remedied within a week. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and attentive. I see them frequently when walking my dog and one of them

I lived here for 2 1/2 years. Never late with a payment. I moved out a month before my lease ended for a new job out of state .Couldn’t come back because of COVID restrictions. I told them exactly what I was doing and sent them my new address. They sent me to a collection agency for $815 plus they took my $500 deposit. Couldn’t contact them by email or phone for instructions to return the keys and get a walk through report. Left the apartment spotless. Charged me for cleaning and painting and rent for the days after the lease ended and the keys were not returned!! They NEVER contacted me just

Well the fact that they have to get their Property Manager to leave a 5 star review should be a RED FLAG!
BEWEAR OF THIS COMPLEX! My boyfriend and I Moved in of Aug 2019 and in the 12 months we were there they gone trough 6 property managers. Nothing we were promised before we moved in was completed until after an entire year. The staff is super rude and unprofessional. I moved out Aug 2020 and am still dealing with this horrible place! Trust me you can find way nicer apartments for the same amount if not lower with BETTER AMENITIES! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!

Charging late fees during the covid crisis which I don't understand how that is even legal. Late fee is not cheap especially when you are pinching pennies to survive. Shame on you management. Was told if rent wasn't paid in full, regardless if I paid anything that I would be charged a late fee. For that I would never recommend any friend to move in
Update: 8/7/20 management has not helped in any way shape or form. They sent me to collections even while waiting for my unemployment to come through to pay off my balance. Again, they don't care about their residents. Do not rent here

So I lived here for 2 1/2 years in 4135 Ambrosia with my husband and two dogs and was our first place to live in Florida after moving from Virginia/ DC. Things I loved: granite counters, tile floors, large master bath with dual sink, manageable lanai, personal storage closet outside, nice grounds, friendly quiet neighbors, responsive management, quick maintenance. Things I didn't like: construction, a few residents didn't leash their dogs, pool too small for the community. I moved here in April 2019, signed an eight month lease because I planned on purchasing a home after, but decided to wait so I was more than happy to extend my lease! I love the open feel of my apartment, the Bolero! I love the modern look; from the counter tops, cabinetry, flooring and tile in the bathroom. I love to cook and the kitchen is massive!!
