Wayne Marinik, and the team at Wright Property Management are THE absolute and consummate professionals when it comes to handling the sale or management of your property. We recently closed on our home that we tried to sell 5 times before to no avail. Wayne literally handled EVERYTHING, every inspection, repair, make ready and follow up. Wayne proactively made this the easiest, stress free process ever. Even though we were literally halfway across the country, we never had to worry about a thing.

Wayne Marinik was our Property Manager for over 7 years and we received top-notch care from him and his team. When we decided to sell our home couple months ago we contacted Wayne to be our realtor and from day one he put us at ease by explaining every detail. He scheduled the different crews to get our home market ready and that alone was a huge stress relief for us. In less than 2 months our home was on the market and within 24 hours we received an offer and sold our home. None of this could have happened without Wayne's personal involvement. I have been using M&S Property Management for the past 3 years, and they have been great. They explained the whole property management process from start to finish, and have always kept me up to date with any issues with the tenant or my property. Having moved locations multiple times in these past three years, it has been challenging keeping track of everything, but I have never had to worry about my property. Lindsay is always such a pleasure to work with, and is always so quick to respond to my inquiries. I couldn't have asked for a better property management team!

Good property management team. They are quick to get to any issues in home that need repair or fixing and are easy to deal with on a personal level. They are very fair and professional. Ive rented a home for 3 years with them and I have never really had a bad experience. Lindsey and Jaime have both been great and are both excellent at communicating anything that needs to be addressed and keeping me informed.

M&S does a great job and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent out their property. I have used them for the past two and a half years and have nothing but good thing to say about them. Living 1000 miles from the property it is comforting to know that they had everything under control. They have a good relationship with area contractors that gets the fair price when something needs to be repaired and it gets done quickly and right. When it came time to sell the property Jaime was aggressive in getting it shown and sold in under two weeks! Thanks!
