We stayed at The Landing for 3 days, 2 nights. Our living room overlooked the harbor and had a stunning view of the bridge. We were only a 5 minute drive to the historical bay front, 10 to Nye Beach, and about 20-30 from South Beach/ the Aquarium. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the kitchen had every kitchen tool you might need for a nice home cooked meal. It's a great place to stay if you are going out on a boat, or if you want a little something different. I will definitely be visiting again!!

I actually recommended this place for my mom and dad when they came to town for a visit. It is, in my opinion, the best location in Newport. Each room is totally different and unique, suites are nice and sizable including an adorable kitchenette, most with incredible views of the Yaquina Bay and the beautiful bridge with a front row seat of the boats coming and going. There is a great outdoor area that’s dog friendly where you can watch the boats and sea lions and listen to all the hilarious sounds they belt out! The walkability is one of the biggest perks as well. Never any need to drive to

Room was dirty when we arrived. Trash was literally piled up behind the night stands in the bedrooms. The towels were tattered and discolored. No room service what so ever. No one ever knocked to see if we needed towels or trash bags to dump our own garbage. I’m sorry but $250 per night, keep shopping. Not worth that kind of cash.

We have always enjoyed are stays at The Landing at Newport. The condos are decent and the view of the docks, bay, and bridge are awesome. It is an easy and scenic walk into the village which makes it easy to enjoy the state park,, restaurants and bars. You'll also enjoy the sites of this fishing port.
