Wi-fi doesn’t work! Called desk and acted like it’s my problem because no one else has called. Trying to use 3 different devices all bought in 2021 so there current. Also the windows are so dirty looking out it looks foggy. Plus they have modified the windows so you can only open 3 3/4 inch’s! Never know until you try! Just will never be this motel again. Poor customer service!!!!!

They're letting the pet friendly rooms get pretty bad.Not keeping up with maintenance and charging as much or more than nicer hotels. One of my windows was plastic and another one of them was completely blown (oceanfront hotels should have clear views of the ocean)

NEGATIVES: Room was dirty & hair was on everything. Very outdated & needed a more comfortable mattress. Springs in your back isn't what we paid for. Water pressure not the greatest.
POSITIVES: View of the ocean was spectacular. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

It was not like the pictures at all. I was hoping for a more luxury hotel with a beautiful spa and pool. It was very dirty. I was from out of town so I didn’t know any better. I would have moved to another hotel except everywhere was booked.

Over priced. Place is run down and needs a remodel. Service wasn't very friendly. Was rudely told I need to leave the room because there were people coming before it was even my check out time as I was walking up to my room to gather my things. Dirty windows, decks looked unsafe and needed washed as well. Bathroom was slightly dirty and needed new linens. More housekeeping is clearly needed this place is trying to operate cheaply with not enough employees it appears to me. Shower head worked well I will say that. We will be seeking new lodging. Listen to what your customers have to say! Don't ask

Before my stay I skimmed a lot of reviews which made me nervous about staying at the Seahorse so I wanted to come on and write about my own personal experience. At first impression, I agree that the room may feel like it’s not worth what you pay - but factor in the location. The view was spectacular and falling asleep to the crashing of waves was a pleasure. Yes, the rooms (bathrooms especially!) were outdated, and the shower left something to be desired, but we had no issue with smell or bugs, or noise as reported in other reviews. The beds were clean, comfy enough - overall satisfactory room
