The staff went out of their way to assist me when I lost my key card in the middle of the night. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was exactly what I was looking for. The location is excellent. I loved the fireplace in the room. Beachfront view. Just an all around pleasant experience. I would go back. Definitely!

This was our first time staying at Pelican Shores. I debated on reserving a top floor with a fire place or a bottom floor without. I'm so glad I did the top floor. We left the fire on most of our stay. It allowed up to leave our screen door going out onto the deck open through the night and still kept us warm.
I also liked how the upstairs room had an extra living room area. I was able to read in the morning without waking my wife.
We loved having breakfast on the balcony. They offer a good selection of food that we were able to take back to our room to enjoy.
The beach hardly had anyone on

Great stay at Pelican Shores! Stayed in a street side Queen room. Place was clean, room was nice, staff was friendly and lobby offers balcony with amazing view of the beach & private beach access! Needed a place to stay overnight, Westover Inns family of hotels are highly rated. Also stayed at the Shearwater which was great as well. Room rate was $121 for a Friday night, including tax!! Will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Our family stayed here on a family vacation 2 years ago. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were clean. The view was AMAZING and the access to the beach was the best. We've asked the kids if they want to go to Disneyland or Oregon and they choose Oregon every time as long as we stay at Pelican Shores.

I stayed one night but it was definitely a relaxing one. The sound of the ocean and the comfortable bed and pillows both helped.
Our room had a small kitchenette that was equipped with plates, utensils, cups,… and appliances (coffee maker, 2 burner electric cooktop, and fridge). Coffee (regular and decaf) with cream & sugar packets were provided. Continental breakfast was also provided in the lobby.
I definitely would stay again at Pelican Shores Inn.😊

Stayed here for 3 nights with my 16 yo daughter. We traveled from NJ. The hotel was a great location and space for the price. The hotel staff was lovely and the Continental breakfast and coffee were simple but good. The rooms are clean and the pool, lovely. We stayed on the second floor with a balcony. We made a bonfire on the beach, went dune buggy riding and rented paddle boards in town which we used at Regatta beach where the water was warm enough to swim. We had a lovely meal at Side car cafe and also cooked one night in our room. Lincoln City is not as charming as smaller towns like Manzanita

More often than not, I find pictures hotels post to be selling a lot more than what is actually offered, but this was not the case here. We had a king suite which offered separate rooms with two queens and a bathroom on one side, and a king bed and bathroom on the other with direct access/views to the beach. Absolutely stunning views even if you never left your room, but worth the short steps down to the shore to wade in the water and collect sea shells on the shore. The only cons was that the continental breakfast had pretty limited options so if you have any dietary restrictions not a great option

This is such a nice place to stay in Lincoln City! I had never been to Lincoln City and they made me feel so welcome. The room was so nice and I loved having a patio to sit and watch the waves. The ocean was just steps away from the rooms and the beach was so pretty. The staff was also very friendly and got my family and I whatever we needed during our several night stay. I see why this place has such great reviews. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to the coast!

My partner and I usually go to their sister location (Schooner's Cove in Cannon Beach) but they were booked solid, so we gave Lincoln City a try! The room rate was reasonable and offered a spectacular ocean view. The beach is a short walk down some stairs that can be accessed directly from the bottom floor of the hotel. Our room was clean and tidy. Reception was lovely and attentive. They also have an indoor pool that is covered greenhouse style (clear windows and roof) so one can enjoy the sunshine AND a heated pool. This is a great spot for those wanting an oceanfront weekend away without

Very cute hotel! The staff was able to accommodate an early check-in for me in order to take an urgent work meeting, appreciated this very much! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The gentleman working the pool area was extremely kind, made sure we were okay, opened the sliding door for ventilation. The pool was impeccable, the kids loved it. They have breakfast bags and a coffee service. Would highly recommend!

Love staying here every time I'm in Lincoln City. It's affordable and you can get great rooms with ocean views! I love that there are stairs leading right down to the beach, where you can have a fire and watch the sunset, or just listen to the ocean. Also walkable to the casino and other restaurants.

I absolutely love this hotel! I've stayed here a couple times and am always pleased. They were very accommodating amidst new Covid regulations, and I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay. They made me feel that my health was first priority and they had the premises spotless and cozy. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful and give great local-restaurant suggestions. The hotel is located in a very quiet, safe area and the beach-front access is always clean. The beach in back of the hotel is the cleanest I've ever seen in my life! All of the rooms at Pelican have beautiful views

Very beautiful for the price! We got an ocean view where you can walk out and there's the beach. We did a $10 Yelp promotion they had on here but they had no clue about it so didn't take it off even though we showed proof. Other than that absolutely beautiful definitely will stay again! (Was contacted and given the coupon!)

This is a wonderful, reasonably priced hotel. Clean and comfortable with rooms right on the ocean. Rooms have a fridge, microwave and a full size coffee maker. Grab and go breakfast is provided. This consists of orange juice, cheese stick, blueberry muffin and yogurt. No spoon is provided for the yogurt. We stayed in a king deluxe on the first floor. Our deck had two Adirondack chairs with a table. It was nice to sit outside and relax with coffee, breakfast, lunch, etc. and listen and see the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their pool was open with a sign up sheet for COVID safety

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beach getaway Inn. Beautiful views, room so clean, removing concern during our COVID times. Stephanie was marvelous with great communication. Got to check in early and then upon leaving left our camera. Stephanie called right away alerting us and hoping we did not get too far. Will certainly be back!

We couldn't have asked for a better location. We had a ground floor room with a patio that led right out to the beach. It was wonderful to be able to sit on the patio and enjoy the views and sounds. We got a kick out of all the seagulls too. The pillows were amazingly comfortable, but the bed was bit hard. Everything was very clean. It would have been a 5 star stay if it wasn't for the "continental breakfast". I wouldn't exactly call it a breakfast unless you're into carb loading first thing in the morning. They did have a few gluten free items which was nice to see

I don't even know where to begin. We are doing a big road trip up the West coast and booking lodging the day before we leave wherever we are so that we can maintain flexibility if we find that we want to stay longer, like we did in Mendocino. In this case, I waited until the day of and got super lucky to book a room with a patio (ground floor). All of the rooms face the ocean but we love to sit outside in the fresh air and sip wine. The check-in went fine (super helpful and so nice
And patient as the phone rang off the hook and other guests were wandering in asking questions) and we even got

We booked a room for last weekend after reading reviews I agree this place has the most courteous and sincere staff ready to assist you with anything, The manager is right there to help so wonderful to see. We have stayed at Marriotts, Sheratons, Outriggers and many high end Hotels and none made us feel so welcomed as this place, if I could give higher rating I would. The beds are very firm which can bother you when not used to extreme firm. The ocean views from the rooms are amazing, highly recommend this Hotel.

I have to say this has been a horrible experience this weekend with our stay at Pelican Shores . I have a few things I need to share . My wife made the reservations and were told they only had one room available. We took room 218 main floor .So when we arrived late Friday the sign out front said vacancy all weekend . Not sure I understood that .
My wife and I are not in a habit of expressing our disappoint unless we are very irritated . From the time we got to our room we could hear running and heavy walking on the next floor above us . We tried to be understanding that people bring their kids

I have stayed here a couple of years ago and still love it. We stayed at the first floor with a patio view to the ocean. As other reviews, you don't need to ask for a room with a ocean view because all have it.
The reason I always try to book this hotel is the cleanest of their rooms (not pets allow), comfortable beds, proximately to the beach and cordiality of the staff members.
Continental breakfast is small compare with others hotels but for us were enough (muffins, string cheese, nuts, bagels, fresh fruit, milk, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, hot tea and coffee)
2 gas barbecues outside
