If your toilet becomes clogged during normal use, a plunger may be a useful tool for clearing your pipe. Flush one time and then push the plunger into the basin. Cover the drain hole completely and pump vigorously. Lift the plunger occasionally to see if the toilet flushes. If you lose electrical power in your rental property, call your utility company to learn whether the grid is experiencing outages in your area.

We were first time home owners and we ended up having to move quicker than ever expected. We were able to get our house up for rent quickly. Julie and Rachel held my hand throughout the whole thing. Strongly recommend avoiding this company based on my experiences from Aug 2019 to April 2021. From the initial process of getting the property listed to the actual management, they have made countless mistakes and the worst part is they do not take accountability. For example, took poor quality listing photos, failure to show up to provide tour, forgot to transfer utilities, poor communications, failure to provide proper maintenance, failure to pass on tenant needs/requests.

This review is long overdue.. Anyways, last year June 2020, we moved from NYC to South King County WA. We stayed in a hotel for a few days to look for a place to rent indefinitely. We saw a post online and asked about the property. Julie was very sweet and professional.by the way she is a property manager @ Full Service Property Management. I contacted one of the property managers about a listing that just hit the market; her name was Lava McCoy. Very unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable. I applied to the property based on the photos also the location. Once I could schedule a touring a week later after texting and calling the number listed on the ad. Applied to a rental and the property manager led me to believe that my accepted application would be chosen. Called first thing in the morning after my application was accepted. Said she would email me whatever was needed to pay the holding fee within the hour. They then proceeded to cease all contact and go forward with another's application. Unprofessional.

The people that work here are super great to be around and really know the real estate industry. It is a very positive place to work and I feel that our clients really appreciate our hands on approach. Low rating due to misleading statements by the landlord (Daniel) and the person who initially showed us the apartment (John). John said the apartment would be cleaned before we moved in, which did not happen. We were forced to get our own cleaning service to take care of the apartment. While we were eventually reimbursed through lower rent the next month, this was extremely inconvenient. When we moved in, Daniel (the landlord) told us Comcast would be able to install a new internet outlet. We rented a house from them for about 1.5 years. The application and lease signing process were all online and very easy to use. Any repairs or maintenance were handled quickly and efficiently. The staff we dealt with were extremely professional and kind (Dan is a great guy!). We were sad to move away and highly recommend them to others.

I don't know where to even begin. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their online application system is ridiculous. We had to apply 4 separate times because the application kept timing out. Finally on the 4th try we were able to enter our credit card information. But come to find out that the system would take our card but not charge it. Our leasing agent AND property manager was a MESS. Not only would they not call us back or answer when we would call she would just respond via text message. If I could choose one word to describe my experience with Full Service PM, it would be bewildering. I submitted a joint application on August 25th. Samara emailed me the next morning and was really on it. She contacted me to request a signed form that was missing. I signed and returned it to her by the end of the day. Since Samara was so efficient, I was confused by what happened next.

Seeing the bad rating on yelp, I had to do my own review. So far I have had nothing but great service and quick replies. Daniel Phare and one other gentlemen whom I forgot his name (sorry) have been great! It's really easy going. We are unfortunately planning on moving to a different area, so business with them will be through soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.
