Roger Leroy "Animal" Degarmo, who in 1980, being represented by different attorneys, swore that he would kill the jurors and their families if they did not sentence him to death. They did. In August of 1992, after several execution dates, Degarmo was granted a new trial. In February of 1994, Mr. Gladden won a life sentence for Degarmo.

We hired Mr. Gladden to help with a criminal case and he was on top of it immediately. My Brother D. Willard had gotten himself in a little bit of trouble and with COVID-19 going on everything in the courts was getting back logged. However the day of court for my brother, Mr. Gladden called me since my brother had not shown up. Unfortunately my brother had been in the hospital all morning. The new president of the HOA in the board members came after me for bringing down this HOA!

I really enjoyed meeting Greg Gladden. I have been dealing with Identity Theft for a while and I have never work with someone so diligent and quick. Mr. Gladden handled my case with gusto and arranged for a few hours of community service in exchange for a full evacuation of a false charge. He got me community service for doing community service, and I happily assisted a local LGBT community center with emergency care package preparations and some filing of paperwork. While I could've done without the arrest, I doubt anyone else could've gotten me a better outcome.
Greg does great work, and if I had to choose an attorney in the Houston area to work with again, I wouldn't think twice about paying Mr. Gladden a visit.

Mr. Gladden wrote that he worked for months and sent us records. That is not true. That is the point I am making. There was no information sent to us. We didn't even receive the trial transcripts. Whatever you have should be my property and sent to me. However, I don't believe any work was done on Mr. Rogers behalf. The reason is that we received nothing at all.

I just consulted with this wonderful man. In my opinion, he is a man of great integrity. He was very honest and forth right with the information he gave to me. Although I did not want to hear the recommendations that proceeding would not be to my advantage. He was truthful with me. He could have proceeded and taken my money knowing the end results would not be of any value to me. I also offered to pay because of the time he spent consulting with me.
