MB Auto Center really helped my son out in a jam. His Nissan Murano started acting up on his way home from CSUN, and he broke down on the Old Rd. We were able to limp it in the to the shop where we explained what happened to Byron. He rolled the car in and scanned the computer, diagnosed the CVT traansmission had failed.

Eas told they had time now then when I showed up 5 mins later it was going to be a couple hours. Not to mention I still had to go somewhere else and get an alignment after they had just done one.

We got towed to this shop after our car broke down nearby and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received! The staff at MB Auto Center are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They worked on our car quickly and even allowed us to keep our car at the shop while we flew home and coordinated a long distance tow for our car. Definitely recommend this shop if you're in the area!

A few years back (this review is long overdue) I stopped in at this spot as my car's splash guard had partly broken off while on the freeway. Byron and his team were kind enough to help me out with a temporary fix to get me back on my way. I thoroughly appreciated their outstanding customer service and kindness. Highly recommend!

One of the best auto shops I've ever been too, the people were so nice and made sure our issue was taken care of. Very very good customer service, our car broke down and we were already very discouraged, the owners came up and asked to look at our car just to check and they were able to fix it, and walk us through everything they had to do we were very thankful to get to this auto shop!

Wow ... I have never given a 5 before but this place deserves that and more. I had my whole family heading for a family vacation and after driving for 5 hours we pull up to a gas station and our truck would not start. My husband was able to get it on and we started calling to locate the part. We finally found the part and asked for a good mechanic. This family owned business was highly recommended and really made us feel at home. They even allowed for our dog to wait with us in the cool waiting room. We are back on the road again and the price was reasonable. We thought since it was an emergency

Transmission overheated going over the grapevine. I was just barely able to roll it into the shop. They were able to change my fluid, filter, and make some modifications to keep it cooler. All in under an hour. If I lived closer this would be my main mechanic.

I decided to give them another shot. When I brought my diesel truck to them, they were slightly higher than the dealer which I couldn't understand but I figured, maybe because it's a diesel. Yesterday, I brought my wife's SUV. The cost was a little more than double what the dealer charged for an oil change. They're probably great people but I don't think I can do it anymore.

I have been taking my mom's, daughter's and my own car to MB Auto for the last 2 years for oil changes. I now live in Simi Valley and drove to Castaic because I like the friendly and personable service I have always received.

Two weeks ago I left a bit disappointed that the customer service wasn't the same. In the past, I have received outstanding customer service such as the time Byron told me that rats were chewing the wires in my mom's car. He wrapped the wires for me with instructions to try to park elsewhere and he warned me of the damage and high repair costs they

I broke down on I5 on the way to Christmas with the family in NorCal we pulled off the freeway and found Byron and MB Auto. They were amazing really took the time to help us trouble shoot our options. He even gave us a ride to the local Toyota dealership going way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we were in a really bad situation. He really made the whole tough situation we were in so much better. He truly made our Christmas season great. Byron thank you so much for all your help. Good service BUT

I've only been here twice. Each time they quote me a price, then when I go to pay they command a number almost twice as high. No tax is 50% and no service fee merits that kind of price jump.

Going here was a mistake and I won't make it again.

I came in for a leak in my steering wheel, and these guys went above and beyond to help me. They worked on my car for close to one hour, after closing time, and only charged me $63. Amazing!!! to say the least. Will definitely recommend them.

These guys are awesome. Dropped in on my drive down to LA because I was smelling a burning smell, and was looked after right away. After checking out the car and even driving it around to double check, they were able to send me on my way again. They were professional, thorough, quick and kind. I wish all mechanics were like this. Highly recommend!
