I don't even know where to start between the office people and nothing ever getting fixed, to them doing there inspections and they just walk in to your bedroom without even a knock so get walked in on and it's more than just 1 person that comes through! Also the have 1 low income apt per town home so don't plan on getting any of your city taxes back because you are considered low income to the IRS even if you are paying the full amount for rent I lived there from 2009 to 2012. Would only live here if it was a last resort and you will not get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave it.

Rude office staff. Bad matinence people. Everything that went wrong here they would blame it on you. They also fired their matinence staff every year and we would go months without one. A lot of the town houses have water damage from FREQUENT flooding. They say u can't smell the dump but you deffinatly can! Also my neighbors dogs are dangerous and they refuse to do anything about it
