Property is kept up-to-date, always working, maintenance responds quickly, and the leasing office people are always nice and give gift baskets and such.

The complex is a very friendly place to live! The complex is surrounded with wooded areas and have seen some deer and wild turkeys around. The staff is of course friendly and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

Richmond Hills is my husband and I’s first home together and we love it. It’s close to downtown yet so quiet and secluded. There is great communication with staff, renters are friendly, and I truly could not imagine a better place to be for the first year or so of marriage.

Richmond Hills is wonderfully located in Walker just on the outskirts of GR. A great mix of suburban and city life. There is affordable rent, high quality apartments, friendly and responsive staff, and great amenities. That includes a beautiful dog park, pool, green spaces, a gym, community garden, and trails. Rarely any issues and on the few issues there were, maintenance was incredibly fast and effective. Leasing office are great communicators and enforce the rules well. Very dog friendly and lots of space to walk them around. Plenty of parking and lots of things to do in around the area. I would

It’s OKAY. Nice people and staff. They will get you in and then increase your rent, so keep that in mind. Owner claims improvements justify the significant increase in rent. However, I have only seen them paint the stairwell. My rent went up nearly $100.
The hallways smell like pot almost all of the time. Poor ventilation and it gets hot in the bedroom. Bring a fan. Police routinely here for who knows what. Curious what they will increase my rent to next time I need to renew.
Toilet barely flushes and my hot water goes from comfortable to scalding in a matter of seconds, randomly. Have heard

My partner and I lived at richmond hills for one year and there was some good and some bad. The one bedroom apartment was decently sized, but there were some maintenance issues that weren’t dealt with properly. For the price, its a good location but not what you would expect for almost 1k a month. The amenities were nice, such as the trails and garden, pool, package center, dog park, and gym. The walls are thin though, and you can hear water in the pipes all day and night. The appliances were pretty outdated and not the greatest. The laundry room in the basement was always dirty and they even

Been here for almost 3 years. Love the area and how it is off the main road, but barely 10 minutes from downtown and highway access. Super calm and comfortable. Spectacular staff who care about the people. Owners invest into the property so it’s not run down. Pet friendly! Amenities to enjoy like the pool, fitness center, and community garden are nicely up kept and welcome camaraderie among neighbors.

I moved to Richmond Hills 3 weeks ago and am so glad I did!
I work out of my home office and love how peaceful it is, not just during the week but during the weekend as well! I was pleasantly surprised especially with this being one of the very few dog friendly communities.
All my neighbors are super friendly and the office staff and maintenance have been so very gracious and accommodating.
The grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained. The pool looks so inviting I seriously can’t wait to have some downtime to check it out! Living alone it was important for me to find a place where I
