Really wish I could leave a ZERO! Do NOT move here! You better off in the projects. Can’t pay your rent online for half of a month and they still charge you a late fee
For something that is their fault! When you call and ask for corporate, they give you a lady that has a voicemail that doesn’t return phone calls. I never heard of a corporate office with a personal voicemail ever in my life! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Maintenance does not care about large issues. They prioritize changing beeping smoke detectors before fixing large issues. Moved out after having cold water only for 3 weeks. I had to boil water to wash dishes and take baths. They left a note telling me just to “ run the water longer” which was upsetting due to the fact that we had tried to take multiple showers and wash dishes but no matter how long we ran the water it would not get hot.

I have been a resident for two years at Yester Oaks, the last six month I have dealt with a constant water leak that has made my ceiling sag. The apartment complex has done zero work to fix the issue besides change an air filter. They want me to keep paying each month on time but not resolve my issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to move into Yester Oaks.

Yester Oaks Apartment Homes has been the WORST apartments that I’ve resided in while living in Mobile, Al. The management? A joke to say the least! I moved into a unit in August of 2020. The second or third week into staying in the unit I had letters inquiring about my service animal up until my departure from the unit. Submitting all the necessary documentation that is required to have the service animal occupy the unit with me seems like not enough. The letters on my door were so frequent that I felt like I was walking on eggshells. I started to feel a sense of harassment about my service animal

On 3/27, I moved from apartment 5D to apartment 47A. At approximately 9p on 3/27, after working 12 hours the previous night and moving all day, I went to take a shower in the new apartment. I quickly heard my guest yelling STOP! I ran downstairs to see pours of water coming from ceiling in the half bathroom from the main shower.
I called the emergency line and spoke with James. He told me this had occurred before in this apartment and he would send someone to the apartment at 9a on 3/28. 9a came and went on 3/28 and no one came to the apartment. I called multiple times up to the office and no

My experience living at yester Oak was very unpleasant. I had a unit with mold and mildew in it. On top of the mold and mildew, a rodent got in my unit and died in the wall which attracted flesh flies. I contacted the leasing office on several occasions about the smell. I believe the appropriate action in a case like that is to move the tenant to a new unit. The leasing office in spite of the mold, mildew, and dead smelling rat in my unit never moved me out of the unit. I became ill and ask to break my lease immediately. The leasing office wanted to charge me fees for breaking my lease early and

Management doesnt care at all. Mold and leaks have plagued us since moving in and the office never answers calls. We have had a hole in our ceiling for over a month and they claim only have one person on staff who fixes those problems. With as many apartments as you have it's not the residents problems you are overworking your staff or not hiring the adequate amount. If you ever have problems you need to be prepared to argue with the office to get any sort of help and if you dont continuously bother them to help you they wont.

I highly recommend this place to people because it is close to whatever you need, good elementary school, I65 highway and clean and nice neighborhood with affordable price. I rented two bedroom townhouse and personally worked with Jessica Beisel who is one of office staffs and she was kind and patient. we wanted to leave Mobile (before lease end date) because of my job and they had a fair behavior with me.
Thanks Jessica,
