I have lived here for over a year. When i moved in, it was during pandemic. The process was simple, easy, efficient, and the office staff is the best I have dealt with. They are very professional and courteous if you have an issue with anything. The maintenance crew does outstanding work if there is an issue that needs fixing. The price to live here is a bit pricey, but within reason, given the market. The only 1 negative thing that I would say, is when you try and get a hold of the office sometimes it will take a day or two, but they deal with a lot on a daily basis, so that is understandable

The atmosphere and energy from the ladies at the front office is amazing! From the time we entered my brother and I felt like we were at home! It takes a unique group of people to be able to change someone’s entire mood and these ladies have that! From the manager to the leasing agent!
I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home and a comfortable environment to live in. Thank you ladies!!

Val and Alex were amazing at helping me with my move in. My tour with Val was great she not only showed me the apartment but the amenities and explained why these amenities were new and they are still working out the kinks as for the apartment itself it was as described most of it was newly renovated there are still some old parts of the apartment such as my closet and dining area door and the bath tub but other than that I am highly satisfied. Alex was extremely enthusiastic as well which made paying first months rent less about the money and more about getting me into my new home. Based off this

First, I just want to thank all the women Vashawn, Alex, Val in the office for there Wonderful service they provide me with the moment I called. I felt welcome the during the whole application process. To be honest, I with through 8 denial and summit ridge was my 9th application with approval. If it wasn’t for these ladies and there help. I wouldn’t been with out a place. But they set in and went above and beyond. I have been in my place for 2 weeks now and I love my apartment it is very peaceful and quiet.

The ladies in the office made me feel reassured when I relocated from NY to TX. While virtual touring isn't for everyone, I mostly relied on that, reviews, online pictures, and office communications. They picked up the phone or called me back, answered any questions I had, and we're super helpful the whole process. Thanks for my smooth transition from the Northeast showing me some southern hospitality.

As soon as I got in touch with Val, she gave very positive energy . This was my first apartment, But the process went very smooth because she was very attentive and responsive to me through the whole process. The apartment was clean and appliances were freshly new and taken care of, I would recommend to anybody!

I had an extremely pleasant visit. I was interested in touring the place and Vasean has helped me with everything. I must say she has this motherly genuine character trait that makes you want to move here! And I did just that! She has been alongside with me through every step of the process to moving in and I have never experienced anything like it. These apartments made me feel at home and comfortable with the new updates and how well taken care this property seems to be. I can't wait to move and and I appreciate everyones help thus far!
