The Ditch On 40

This is the best hole in the wall dive bar in Winter Park. The burgers are excellent, they have a huge selection of beers, seltzers and mixed drinks and the prices are more than reasonable. We come here every weekend we ski. Love this place.

Huge fan of the Ditch! Great spot for locals and visitors alike. Dustin was so much fun and took great care of us. If you haven't been before you have to try their margs and The Murphy! I'll absolutely be back

Literally the best vegetarian burger I’ve ever had. Our whole party was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We so enjoyed this dive bar, a must do for all winter park visitors!

Service was good, a light night for people. My burger was dry and over cooked, and not much green chili on it either. Others had the burrito and that was large and better taste. The nachos were good and plentiful and had good flavor and more green chili's, the southwest egg rolls were a hit with our group as well. Good beer selection and an eclectic atmosphere of license plates on the walls and ceilings... It's located upstairs and could get crowded n easily. Overall a decent after place but theyb claim good burgers but mine wasn't.

Great green chili burger and sweet potato fries. Friendly server, and generous margaritas. Eating on the balcony is fun as well.

The food was so-so and overpriced for the quality and taste. The day I had lunch there, the place was a bit freezing inside like no one bothered to turn on the heat. My waiter was friendly and attentive. Too bad the food wasn’t better. I ordered the fish tacos and the tortilla was a bit greasy and too crunchy for a soft shell. The salsa was way too thin and was running down to the bottom of my plate. The guy from the kitchen who was bringing food out for another table dropped some fries on the floor, he saw it drop and proceeded to kick it on the way back and did not bother to pick it up. Too

Came back to Ditch from a year ago and prior in 2018 during a snowstorm. Any weather The Ditch is still here serving my favorite “the ditch hamburger” after an afternoon of Mountain E bikes, we were so hungry for a good burger and a beer. The Ditch is your place! Cool homey vibe and very friendly staff! Love this place! 😁

Great "dive" bar atomosphere and staff to match. *Amazing* margaritas and fish tacos made with cod that exceded my already high expectations based on a recommendation. Special thanks to Dustin and Tanya for making my first experience so good that it will be followed by more for sure!

Get the burrito smothered in green chili. My wife who rarely says anything good about food gave it a “yummy” and even asked me if I wanted a bite. Wow. Her scale is good, so yummy is off the charts. Everyone loved their food. The green chili is awesome. I split the ditch slap with my son and it was delicious. The jalapeños are all fresh and nice and spicy. Overall, all 7 of loved the food. The sweet potato fries were awesome and so were the onion rings. The regular fries actually aren’t that good. I’d skip those next time.

My friend recommend us this restaurant because I love green chili. This is the first time I have green chili in my hamburger. Interesting. We ordered ditch burger and fish taco. Both tasted great. And a beer. Total was $34 plus tip.
The restaurant has interesting decorations. Signs, licence plates and stickers everywhere. I like that they turned on funny videos on YouTube on their TV. Make my waiting time felt not so long. Restrooms are in acceptable level of cleanliness. Good stop for food on route 40.
