Our story began in Asia where we became Five-star cooks in our native cuisine. We were a family business then and we are a family business now. In 2001, we brought our family recipes and traditions to Nederland, Colorado where the Katmandu Restaurant was operated by our family until 2007, at which time we opened a restaurant in Evergreen.
Now, we are honored to open Beau Thai, a wonderful Thai restaurant in the beautiful town of Evergreen, Colorado. Our Thai restaurant is influenced by Indian Gourmet. The Thai food you will experience at Beau Thai Restaurant has a host of unique and delicious ingredients that are not found in other cuisines.

Very good Thai and large portions. We went with masaman curry and yellow curries! The Chicken seems to soak in the flavor the best over the beef. Crazy enough I wish there was just a tiny bit more cream cheese in the wontons but they are good as well. Had to eat here twice while in evergreen staff was very nice as well!

We went to enjoy Thai food from Georgetown CO after driving all the way for 30 minutes.
And ordered veg Green Curry & Tom Kha soup. These contained 90% fried Tofu & White onion served in a concoction of coconut milk & sugar. Never had such insipid Thai curry devoid of vegetables & flavours which are the hall mark of anything Thai. Both left bad taste in the mouth.

We visited Evergreen for mountain bike ride and decided to stay for lunch. The restaurant is not super busy and place is nicely decorated and clean.
We ordered a Thai Panang and Pai Thai medium spicy. Both dishes were tasty, but chicken and pork were overdone and tough. White rice didn't taste fresh and its texture felt like rice was from day before. Portions were reasonable for lunch.
Lunches were good but we will not return.

Cute name and the food was OK. It is not really authentic Thai but the fried whole fish was nice and crispy.
Like many American Thai restaurants, the food has been modified to accommodate the lighter palate of the population. Things are more sweet, not spicy. The Tom Yum soup was tasty but not really Tom Yum by Thai standards.
Its good, worth a stop but not authentic Thai if that is what you are looking for.
Absolutely no reason to change anything. Please don't let the, "Not Authentic" disturb you. Most people in the US would not like real Thai food, far to spicy for most peoples palate. Your

This spot was the perfect lunchtime meal to fuel up before a hike in Evergreen. They are doing takeout only during covid, but there is a table available to sit outside. The price during lunch was between $10 -$12 for most dishes.
We ordered the chicken and the beef pad Thai, at medium spice level and were very satisfied. The meat was well spiced and the noodles retained a lot of flavor without being too greasy. Peanuts were given on the side.
We also got an order of the chicken fried rice and the portions were HUGE, easily enough for two people. Lots of vegetables and rice, not much meat though

Placed an order at 5:00 PM for take-out online, and paid online. Showed up at 5:45, was told "Just a couple of minutes", and gave my 1st and last name. Checked with them again 15 minutes later, "Just a couple… of minutes", and again gave my 1st and last name. 90 minutes after placing the order, I was told "we do not have an order for you", seems to have been a different Mike. The girl, who really pissed me off, called their website support to try and figure it out. All said and done, she asked me if I would like to place another order, after I had sat in their parking lot for 45 minutes

The dining room here looked stunning. Paintings of scenes in thailand and the decoration was pretty nice. Service was great, and the food was pretty good too.
I ordered the vegetable pad see ew and the basil chicken. The pad see ew was more like a pad thai - the noodles were not as thick as I expected them to be. The veggies were crisp and fresh though, and the flavors were all there. Some of the noodles stuck together though, but that's a minor complaint.
The basil chicken was amazing though. I liked the stir fry veggies and the sauce that came with it. It wasn't swimming in sauce

I was with a party of 3 for dinner around 5pm on a Tuesday. We ordered spring rolls with chicken for an appetizer and for entrees we ordered Pad Thai, Thai Yellow Curry with chicken and another with duck. The spring rolls (pictured) were excellent but were with tofu instead of chicken. The Pad Thai and Thai Yellow Curry with chicken were very tasty. However, the duck was not good. Most of the duck meet was fatty and tasted old. I wouldn’t order the duck again. The service was fast and friendly. Overall, it was a nice meal.
