Kenneth Blachly had a passion for health and fitness and decided to start using this to help others reach their goals when he opened Lifestyle Fitness in 2008. Through the past eight years Ken has helped countless people accomplish their health and fitness aspirations.

Ken believes that no two bodies or people are the same and that's why Lifestyle Fitness takes a unique approach to personal training which focuses on the individual and helping meet their goals.Not only does Ken take time to understand each individual and what motivates them, he carefully crafts a fitness and nutrition plan with your goals in mind.

Our one-on-one training option allows you to really get the specialized attention you need and allows us to use the motivation that pushes you towards your goals.
If you're looking to push yourself and you thrive within a group, our group boot camp will challenge your entire body, combining cardio intervals and plyometrics with weight training and yoga. Transformation Challenge is never boring, made for any fitness level, and always the most challenging fun you'll have before 8 a.m.
Yoga not only increases your flexibility - no matter where you're starting at - it's also one of the best forms of resistance strength training, using your own body weight. We use yoga to build strength, flexibility, cardio fitness, and prevent injury. Barre based classes are inspired by ballet along with pilates and yoga.
We work with you to teach you the most beneficial ways to transform your body and reach your goals. Smaller groups or even one-on-one personal training means you get more focus on you, your body, and your needs, along with the motivation and guidance that best works for you. Ken is an awesome trainer!! He has exceeded my expectations! He pushes you past what you believe to be your limit! The facility has enough equipment to get in a full workout!! See Ken if you want something other than a standard workout AND you want results!

Amazing trainer who's focused on challenging but rewarding sessions. I trained with Ken for almost 3 months and while losing 10lbs right off the bat was great it was the overall confidence I felt that is my takeaway. Yes it's wonderful when you can buy a smaller size or wear a swimsuit but more importantly I felt I had built real strength. Today I am more fit and a healthier version of myself. Go to Lifestyle Fitness, it's a wonderful environment to push your limits and see what you're capable of:)

I've had Ken as a personal trainer on and off for a few years and he has always been dedicated to my success with my fitness goals. His studio is very clean, very well equipped and the class options keep your workouts from getting stale. Also, having a massage therapist in house is a brilliant idea for your rest days or any day, really!
