Ignite Sports Performance & Fitness
We have been helping athletes to improve their sports performance for the last 15 years. We specialize in helping athletes improve their sprint speed, running technique, lateral quickness, vertical jump, and core strength. Our training programs, camps, workouts, and exercises can be adapted to meet the exact needs of each athlete for every sport. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist, it is my goal to help every athlete compete to their fullest potential on and off the court/field.
Services
We utilize a variety of dynamic movements, strength-training exercises, technique drills, and film studies to help athletes reach their fullest potential. We offer numerous make-up opportunities to help accommodate absences! Most athletes will miss 8+ training sessions throughout the summer due to other camps, vacations, VBS, scheduling conflicts, etc.
Lars was cut from a competitive basketball team in 4th grade and was told that he lacked the speed, strength, and stamina to compete at the higher level of competition. With hard work and consistent training, Hanson turned some of his biggest weaknesses into some of his powerful assets. He now enjoys helping the next generation of athletes to do the same.

It means so much as a parent to have your child be eager to be apart of a group that teaches self health with a healthy touch of competition to work harder and strive to be better. With so many electronics these days, I love that their are programs like Ignite that get kids moving and show them that hard work pays off. Coach Lars and the whole team of Coaches are AWESOME!! #PositiveMotivation

Lars is very knowledgeable on ways to improve your strength in any sport! He has personally helped me achieve many things in sports and as a person. I would suggest attending Lars gym/camp for any youth athlete.

My daughter was invited to Ignite summer camp two summers ago by a friend. She’s been training with Lars ever since. This training program has been so great for her. She has increased her strength and mobility and she just continues to become a strong and confident soccer player.

Lars has got to be the greatest man in the world. I have been going to the Ignite summer camp and year long gym workouts for three years now and it was the greatest decision I aver made!

My 14 year old son participated in Ignite's summer camp for the first time last summer and he loved it. He never once complained about going which is huge. He's excited for camp next summer and if not for an already busy schedule during the school year, he would be training with Lars now. He ran really well in cross country this year and I'm sure his training with Lars helped. I started training with Lars in August and I love it. I've gotten stronger and feel more fit. Lars is an awesome coach - he's very motivating, very knowledgeable about fitness and health, and is so good at helping us modify

Working with Lars has been an incredible experience. I started going to ignite because I had a sports injury that affected my speed drastically. But after my first year of working out with him all through the summer, my times actually surpassed my times before my injury. I became faster, stronger, better. I played in state cup that year and one of the parents on the other team said out loud, "Man that kid is fast!" Ignite your game is by far the best camp you can do. The workouts are both challenging but super fun. Lars Hanson is one of the nicest awesomest person you will ever meet. His ways of teaching and encouragment are awesome. By far the best place every!!!

Ignite is by far the best training program I've ever done and has helped me to gain lots of strength since I've started doing it. The workouts are very well thought out and absolutely incredible. The thing that stands out about Ignite though is the person who runs it, Lars. Lars is one of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever met and makes sure Ignite is a judge-free zone. He also always makes sure that we have correct form on all of our workouts so that we can gain maximum strength without injury. I definitely recommend Ignite for anybody wanting to make lots of gains!

Ignite has taught me a lot about not only staying fit, but also many other good values to have that no other place can teach. I have learned to push myself and although after the workout you may be sore, there will be a great outcome. Ignite has also helped me get the strength and fitness I need to compete in my sports at a high level. I wouldn't be where I am in my sports now if it weren't for Ignite. Every workout with Lars brings a new and great experience.
