Called to inquire about their services and to interview this brokerage. The owner answered, didn't give his name at first and didn't offer to help. He sounded bothered that someone called him and when I asked if I called the wrong place, he said yes. I felt uncomfortable to even go into detail with what I was looking for due to the poor customer service and attitude of the owner. I will definitely work to avoid doing business with this brokerage if at all possible

This is the first yelp review I've ever left. And judging by the previous reviews I can personally attest that the one star given to Hart Properties is well deserved, and if there were an option, I'd leave zero. Ron Hart is the scummiest person I've dealt with when it comes to property management. I was the third person in his business that day and the first to check out a key to view a property. He told me to come back an hour and a half later. I did. In that time he checked the key out to 3 separate people to view the same piece of property. After I viewed the property I asked

To start with a car drove into my house. We moved out a month early due to the accident. It's been over a month and Noone has fixed the front porch or front door. The glass is broken from the wreck and we cannot lock the door. Instead of letting us move out of this broken house on cinder blocks (which were damaged by the accident). They want us to pay for the last month, no central heat or ac and with no glass on the front door we do not feel safe. The owner (college professor whose known as a slumlord) will show up at any time he pleases breaking the lease agreement at will. The receptionist
