We look forward to assisting you in the search of your next place to call home. The following is a list of qualifying criteria that will be processed as we review each application. We accept online applications only to help expedite the process. When you complete your application and pay the application fees, your application will be placed in queue and we will ensure the property applied for is available.
Make sure to thoroughly walk the house when you move-in and document the conditions where provided on your "Lease and Inventory Condition Form". Turn the form in to our office timely so we may keep it in your file. It's not a request for repairs, but a reconciliation of the property as you move-in vs. when you decide to move-out.
Per your lease, you are not allowed to physically alter the property. Installing dishes/satellites from companies such as DirectTV or DishTV is considered an alteration. Since they are often installed on rooftops, a tenant may be held responsible for removal, or any damages associated with the alteration.

Kassi is extremely professional and responsive. I cannot recommend her enough. Kassi was always very prompt to respond to my questions, and she made our property search and purchase stress-free and seamless. Kassi is an excellent advocate for her clients making each client feel as though they are her “only” client. Having closed on three properties this year with three different agents, my experience with Kassi helped me appreciate the difference in real estate agents. This being said, I will definitely use Kustom Real Estate for my real estate needs in the future.
