I have lived on Katy st for 6 1/2 to years. Now mind you I moved in at the duplex cause I needed something right away to move out of a family home. When I moved in at 1564 there was alot of issues with the duplex, carpet wasn't changed out, fridge had black electrical tape on rail, drawers were broken cracked and rail to hold drawers as well. Leaks constantly in the kitchen ceiling from bathroom or a/c. Windows had no screens, no blinds as well just in kitchen. Windows wouldn't shut completely, insulation was horrible by doors and windows. A/C will constantly run due to poor insulation on duplex

I setup auto pay online but my home address updated to their business address in the software system. My payments didnt go through and the company didn't contact me except for a certified letter stating I was in default. I called and they said that they were going to open my storage unit and look through my property. I also pointed out that this is crazy and predatory that they don't contact late payments until the unit has completely defaulted. They mentioned that they are a small business and don't have anyone looking after that... It's an asset management company and they don't have anyone monitoring
