TnT Flinchum Property Management began in 1984 with just a few properties to manage. Founders Tom Flinchum and Theresa Rosenberg had a vision to grow their company and maintain high standards of customer service. Their years of hard work paid off and today the company has grown to over 15 employees.
A unique portfolio of over 650 properties including apartments, townhomes, duplexes, houses, etc. No redecorating or repainting fees for vacating residents (we're one of the only management companies in the area to not charge this fee). Discounted deposit and montly rent for your 2nd pet (we're one of the only management companies in the area to offer this).
