I have lived at The Boxley Building since they started renting apartments in July 2017. The experience has been one of excitement and disappointment. I love my views! Management and management follow ups are less than stellar. Competitive not superb customer service but with a few corrections could rival the Best in the Commonwealth!

We lived at Locker Room Lofts for 6 months and would rent there again. The pipes can be loud at times (usually when running the dish washer and taking a shower at the same time) but other than that I found it to be a quiet building. Mary was super helpful when leasing the apartment. Ashley was always available as the building manager when we lived there. This is a pet friendly building with secured access.

Storage units flood and they do not tell you or put it is a warning in the lease. Lease states landlord is responsible for mold, cleaning and replacing of area affected. I requested maintenance for my flooded storage unit and was told only the bottom board had been replaced and to plan for future flooding when storing items. The next day I went to take pictures for reimbursement if my insurance and they had changed the lock on my storage unit and provided no maintenance. The water-logged, mold covered, and rotting board is still there. They will not reduce your rent for loss of use of a storage

Allegheny partners is great. We had a wonderful experience with Melissa. She gave us in person tours of a few apartments and then she was very responsive and helpful when we were trying to make a decision when everything was shut down due to COVID-19. She sent us videos of available apartments and always kept in touch. Now we have a great apartment in the center of downtown and we are very satisfied!

I had a great experience getting my apartment through Allegheny Partners. The property manager I worked with, Josh Andrews, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and communicated very effectively with me through the entire process. Definitely would recommend going through Allegheny Partners to apartment search for anyone moving to the Roanoke area

Michelle offered personalized, empathetic care and understanding during the pandemic. I was able to speak directly with her about my concerns and current situation to which she responded with reassurance to assist me. Overall I was able to live in a great location with professional and timely help. I can't thank them enough for the personalized approach here in Roanoke.

Highly recommended avoiding this leasing company. Wendy, the CFO is very impolite and not a pleasant person to speak with to say the least. I moved out of my apartment in July and contacted the company in September about getting my security deposit. In November I was back in Roanoke so I stopped by the office to try and pick up the check. Wendy was extremely rude to me after I explained to her that I had attempted reaching out to the company several times via email and phone. They are unprofessional and rude.
